As I stepped outside, the world before me seemed to burst with light—it was truly a cacophony of spring.
I hadn't felt this way about spring in a long time: willow branches sprouting, a myriad of trees turning green, and new flowers—pink, white, yellow, red—in vibrant clusters. Everything was growing, thriving, and the most lively sight had to be the colorful kites filling the sky, adorning the crisp blue with a riot of colors, bright and lively.
Xue Weilin's phoenix kite was particularly eye-catching, trailing a long, colorful tail that outshone all other kites.
"Liuzheng, Uncle Ruan! You're late!" Xue Weilin said, controlling his kite all the while.
Huh, what's with the kite slowly rising over there? Made into a heart shape, bright red in color. Even though its shape was simple, it was still very striking. There were letters in the middle of the heart—LZ.
