Inside the car, Mina was amazed at how France was, staying in her home country. She is always being monitored which makes her frustrated. Because of that, she doesn't enjoy a common trip. If she decides to go shopping, the store will either be vacant for only her to use or Aarin is tagging along. It's like he doesn't want her to enjoy anything.
Mina flinched when she felt her hand on her, she turned to the side to see Nasrah smiling at her.
" I know you don't fully trust me because of my cousin but I'm being sincere when I came to you. I want us to be friends Mina. I'm not Aaron, and he didn't force me to befriend you. So can you please let your guard down around me and enjoy this trip we can also get to know each other" Naarah uttered
She has noticed how Mina had her guard around her, she doesn't know what her stupid cousin did to this poor thing.
" Ok," Mina said with a smile before slipping her hand away.
Four hours later, they reached Naarah's house. It was a mini version of a castle with, an automatic gate, and a fountain in the middle of her house with a garden around it.
Mina gave herself a light smile, she knew she was going to enjoy this.
Getting out of the car, they were greeted by maids with whom she was familiar.
"I'll show you your room. I can't believe I have a female in my house. Don't get me wrong but Aaron and I are the only descendants left."
Her words sent shivers down Mina's spine. Naarah noticed it and laughed wholeheartedly
" Sorry if I scared you, what I meant was my parents wanted only a kid and Aaron's parents also wanted that. We don't socialize with other people in our family apart from the two of us. They are crazy."
" Ok"
Naarah pulled her to her room;
" This is your room princess," Naarah said
Why does it sound strange when someone else calls her princess?
" Princess?" Mina asked
"Oops, my bad. I've heard Aaron calling you that so I thought I could also call you that."
"It's Ok. So what next? Naarah I want to apologise for my rudeness earlier in the car and also when you came to visit. I'm not used to being around people apart from guards ."
" Oh, you poor thing. That stupid cousin of mine, does he think you're a prisoner?"
" Hahaha." Mina laughed, she had never heard anyone call Aaron stupid.
"Y-You laughed, ahh. You've made my day. For once I thought you couldn't laugh."
Mina was shocked herself, she couldn't even remember the last time she laughed.
" So what now?" Mina asked
" Good question, now we get a massage after that shopping. If you're not tired ."
" What, I have to enjoy this. Maybe after shopping then we treat ourselves to amazing French food."
" Yes, I love it."
They went to a spa room which Naarah had behind her house, they relaxed to get treated. As planned they went shopping and Mina was thrilled to see herself shopping with other people, even though she had difficulty, Naarah was there
