Rien's heart sank as he heard the sound of footsteps behind them. Kae had found them. The girl grabbed his hand, pulling him towards the entrance hall. "Come on," she whispered. "We have to get out of here." But it was too late. Kae appeared in front of them, a cruel smile spreading across his face. "Welcome, my dear guests, to the final course," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "Dine & Wine." Rien's eyes widened in horror as Kae gestured to the dining room. The table was set with fine china and crystal glasses, but it was what was in the center of the table that made Rien's blood run cold. A large, ornate box sat in the center of the table, a small, flickering flame burning on top of it. "This is it," Kae said, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "The final course. And you, my dear guests, are the main ingredient. "Rien's mind reeled in horror as Kae's eyes locked onto his. He knew that he had to get out of there, had to escape before it was too late. But as he turned to run, he felt a hand on his shoulder. It was Sophia, her eyes wide with fear. "We have to get out of here," she whispered. "Now." Rien nodded, his heart pounding in his chest. They had to escape, had to get out of the mansion before Kae could carry out his twisted plan. But as they turned to run, Rien felt a surge of heat behind him. He turned to see the box on the table erupting into flames, the fire spreading quickly throughout the room. Kae's laughter echoed through the mansion, the sound sending shivers down Rien's spine."It's time for the final course," Kae shouted, his voice dripping with malice. "Dine & Wine!" Rien knew that they had to get out of there, fast. He grabbed Sophia's hand, pulling her towards the door. But as they reached the entrance hall, Rien realized that the girl was nowhere to be found. "Where's the girl?" he shouted, his voice echoing off the walls. But there was no answer. Rien's heart sank as he realized that they were trapped. The fire was spreading quickly, and they had no way out. But then, he saw it. A small door is hidden behind a tapestry. It was their only chance. Rien grabbed Sophia's hand, pulling her towards the door. As they stumbled through the doorway, Rien heard Kae's laughter echoing behind them. "You'll never escape!" Kae shouted, his voice dripping with malice. But Rien didn't look back. He kept running, pulling Sophia behind him. They stumbled through the darkness, the sound of the fire growing fainter behind them. Finally, they saw a glimmer of light ahead. It was the exit. Rien's heart was pounding in his chest as they stumbled through the doorway. They emerged into the cool night air, gasping with relief. They had escaped. But as Rien turned to look back at the mansion, he saw something that made his blood run cold. The girl was standing in the window, her eyes locked onto his. And then, she vanished. Rien's mind reeled as he stumbled backward, his heart pounding in his chest. What had just happened?
The main restaurant was filled with the remaining guests, all of whom were seated at the table, waiting for the final course. Kae stood at the head of the table, a cruel smile spreading across his face. "Ladies and gentlemen," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "Welcome to the final course. Dine & Wine. "As he spoke, the lights in the restaurant began to flicker, and the air grew thick with the smell of gasoline, it was from the red wine the chefs served to everyone's table.
" and this final course is a meal served to the Devil where the guests are his course, dear guest get ready to be engulfed with flames, flames of the eternal test." Rien, who had managed to sneak back into the restaurant, watched in horror as Kae poured gasoline over the table, the flames erupting into a roar as the guests screamed and tried to flee. But it was too late. The fire spread quickly, engulfing the restaurant and everyone in it. Rien stumbled backward, his eyes fixed on the horror unfolding before him. And then, everything went black. As the darkness dissipated, Sophia Patel's lifeless body began to stir, her chest rising and falling with a newfound breath. The ghostly apparition of Sophia, who had been guiding Rien through the mansion, vanished into thin air, her ethereal form merging with the mortal Sophia, imbuing her with the gift of life.
When Rien came to, he was lying on the ground outside the mansion, "Rien, wake up!" she shouted, her voice panicked. Rien's head was spinning, but he managed to sit up, his eyes scanning the horizon. The mansion was engulfed in flames, the sound of screams and wailing sirens filling the air. Rien's mind reeled as he stumbled to his feet, Sophia grabbing his arm to steady him. "What happened?" Rien asked, his voice shaking. Sophia's eyes were wide with fear. "Kae burned everyone alive," she whispered. Suddenly Rien screamed with fear, as he sighted the real Sophia beside him, " how are you alive, Sophia" he asked, "I'm not entirely sure," Sophia admitted, her brow furrowed in concentration. "But I think it has something to do with...with the other me. The ghost me. I think she gave her life for me, or something."
As Sophia and Rien walked away from the burning mansion, they couldn't help but look back at the inferno that had consumed Kae's twisted world. "I'm glad it's over," Sophia said, her voice barely above a whisper. Rien nodded, his eyes still fixed on the burning mansion. "Me too," he said. "But I'll never forget what happened here. What Kae did to us...to everyone. "Sophia's hand found its way into Rien's, and they walked in silence for a moment, the only sound being the crackling of the flames. As they reached the edge of the property, Rien stopped and turned to Sophia. "You know, I never thought I'd say this, but...I'm glad I met you," he said, his eyes locked on hers. Sophia smiled, her eyes shining with tears. "I'm glad I met you too, Rien," she said. And as they shared a soft, gentle kiss, the burning mansion behind them seemed to fade into the distance, a reminder of the horrors they had faced, but also of the love and hope that had brought them through it.
Epilogue:
The mansion was never rebuilt. The property was sold, and a new family moved in. But the legend of Kae's twisted games lived on, a cautionary tale about the dangers of obsession and the power of love and redemption. Rien and Sophia moved away, starting a new life together. They never forgot the horrors they had faced, but they learned to live with them, to find strength in each other, and to never take their love for granted. And as for Kae...some say that on certain nights, when the moon is full and the wind is just right, you can still hear his maniacal laughter echoing through the empty halls of the mansion, a reminder that some wounds never fully heal.
