A Dangerous Encounter
Jin lay on his bed, his body still recovering from the fight with the Specters. He thought back to their overwhelming mana pressure, a force so crushing that without Erebus's power, he would have been reduced to dust.
"How did they find me? And why are they so strong?" Jin clenched his fists. "I thought I was ready for anything after the Abyss, but the real world… it's on another level."
Erebus's voice resounded in his mind, offering clarity.
"The power you faced was not ordinary. It was born from an event that reshaped this world. To understand your enemies, you must first understand the system of power in this world."

The Origin of Power
"One hundred years ago," Erebus began, "the Gate of Olympus appeared. This colossal structure, glowing with divine energy, connected your world to realms of myth and legend. From it came the Titans, Giants, and mythical creatures—forces of chaos and destruction."
Humanity teetered on the brink of extinction. However, salvation arrived in the form of the Divine Fragments—beings with angelic forms, radiant silver wings, and divine power. These fragments bestowed their energy upon extraordinary humans, creating the first generation of Celestials.
"These Celestials," Erebus continued, "were humanity's protectors, capable of standing against the otherworldly invaders. Over time, their powers became hereditary, passed down through bloodlines. To preserve their strength, they married within their ranks. Now, only four Celestials remain, but each is a thousand times more powerful than their predecessors."

The Hierarchy of Power
Erebus explained the rankings that define strength in this world.
1. Rankers:
These are the mortal rankers categorized into tiers based on their capabilities.
E Rank: Weakest, barely capable of handling minor threats.
S Rank: Elite fighters and strategists who command armies and take on colossal threats.
Specters: Beyond S Rank, these are beings of pure destruction, often considered humanity's ultimate weapons.
2. Celestials:
Celestials are leagues above mortal rankers, their power derived from divine heritage. They are classified into several tiers:
Archeane: Comparable to demi-gods, their strength is immense but not yet divine.
Sovereign: Low-ranking gods, capable of shaping reality on a small scale.
Almighty Leader/National Ranker: High-ranking gods who serve as protectors of nations.
Byonder: God-King level entities who reign over entire realms of power.
Eternal: Supreme God-King level, a rank of absolute dominance.
Erebus added with emphasis,
"Even the strongest of the current Celestials, Thomas Boaris, is only a Byonder. No one in history has ever achieved the Eternal rank."

Jin's Determination
As Erebus finished explaining, Jin sat up on his bed, his eyes glowing with resolve.
"So this is the world I've returned to… Titans, Celestials, and gates of destruction. If I'm going to survive—and win—I need to surpass them all."
Erebus chuckled softly.
"You're ambitious, Jin. But ambition alone won't suffice. Train your powers, master the Abyss's gifts, and perhaps you'll be the first to stand as an Eternal."
Jin smirked.
"Eternal, huh? Then let's aim for that. After all, I've got a score to settle—with the Specters, the Celestials, and whoever else stands in my way."
The chapter ends with Jin rising from his bed, his path forward clearer than ever. A storm is brewing, and Jin is ready to face it head-on.
