Prologue
The story begins with the legend of the Gates of Olympus. These portals, created in an age when gods ruled over mortals, were meant to imprison the Titans after their rebellion. But something went wrong. The gates opened, unleashing the Titans and their monstrous offspring upon the world. Humanity, fragile and unprepared, was forced to adapt or perish.
Celestials were humanity's answer: warriors chosen by divine fragments to wield extraordinary abilities. They became humanity's last line of defense against the Titans. But the cost of this salvation was steep—ordinary people like Jin Sang were left behind, powerless and expendable.
A World in Flames
Jin Sang walks through the ruins of a once-thriving city, now reduced to ash and rubble. The air smells of smoke and blood, and screams echo in the distance. He watches as a Titan—a monstrous being with molten skin and glowing eyes—crushes buildings underfoot.
Above the Titan, Celestials fight valiantly, their weapons shimmering with divine light. Jin's gaze lingers on a particular Celestial, a woman wielding a spear of lightning who strikes the Titan with incredible precision. Her actions inspire awe and jealousy in equal measure.
"One day," Jin whispers to himself, "I'll fight beside them."
Behind him, Hyun and the group scoff. Hyun, tall and confident, smirks. "Keep dreaming, Jin. You'll get yourself killed before you even step onto the battlefield."
Hyun who is the best friend of Jin,We can say a elder brother because he acts like his older brother and always advice and teach him and also protects him . Jin is more frankly with him than any one else.
Jin clenches his fists but says nothing.
The Mission
Later that night, Hyun gathers the group in a makeshift shelter. He announces that they've uncovered a potential Titan spawn site near the Gate of Olympus. The group seems hesitant—it's a dangerous mission, far beyond their skill level—but Hyun insists it's an opportunity to prove themselves.
He turns to Jin, smiling in a way that feels off. "We need your brain, Jin. You're the best strategist we've got."
Despite his reservations, Jin agrees. This is his chance to show his worth.
The Journey
The group sets out at dawn, traveling through the scorched wilderness. The closer they get to the gate, the stranger the environment becomes clear. The sky darkens unnaturally, and the ground is littered with bones. Jin notices his friends whispering amongst themselves, their gazes darting away whenever he looks at them. Suddenly Jin noticed Hyun was laughing while speaking in phone call
At one point, Jin stops Hyun. "What's going on? You're acting strange."
Hyun laughs it off. "You're imagining things. Focus on the mission."
Jin doesn't press further, but unease churns in his stomach. He Does not know what's going on? But why Hyun acting weird?
The Betrayal
The group arrives at a massive ruin, a structure that seems out of place even in this chaotic world. Its walls are covered in ancient carvings depicting gods, Titans, and something darker.
"This is it," Hyun says, leading the way inside Jin.
Jin steps cautiously, his instincts screaming at him to turn back. Before he can act, he feels hands shove him forward. He stumbles, falling toward a glowing pit in the center of the room.
"What are you doing?" Jin yells, scrambling to his feet.
Hyun stands at the edge, his expression cold. "I'm sorry, Jin. We need time to prepare, and the labyrinth will keep you... occupied. If anyone can survive, it's you."
The pit begins to glow brighter, and the floor crumbles beneath Jin. His last sight is of Hyun turning away before darkness swallows him.
The Labyrinth of Perdition
Jin awakens in complete darkness, his body aching from the fall. The air is thick and suffocating, filled with an eerie hum. He calls out, but his voice is swallowed by the shadows.
As his eyes adjust, he sees faint, glowing symbols etched into the walls—warnings written in an ancient language. Before he can decipher them, a low growl echoes behind him. He turns to see a creature emerge from the darkness—a demon with jagged teeth and glowing red eyes.
Panic g Jin was attacked by the demon . He barely manages to dodge, using a jagged rock to defend himself. The fight is brutal, with Jin relying solely on instinct and desperation.
Just as the demon corners him, Jin stumbles upon a black crystal embedded in the wall. Its surface pulses with dark energy, calling to him. Desperate, Jin grabs it.
A voice resonates in his mind, deep and ancient. "Do you wish to live?"
"Yes!" Jin screams, clutching the crystal. A surge of energy floods his body, and the shadows around him seem to come alive.
The First Kill
The demon attacked him again, but this time, Jin is ready. Shadows energy around him, forming weapons and shields. His movements are no longer clumsy; they're precise and deadly.
With a single strike, Jin kills the demon. As its body dissolves into ash, Jin stands over the remains, trembling. The shadows retreat, but he can still feel their presence, waiting for his command.
He looks at his hands, he saw a strange mark in his right hand. This mark is looking like a demon who is glaring at him. The voice echoes again: "The labyrinth is only the beginning. Embrace the darkness, and you will have your vengeance."
Jin's fear turns to determination. If this power is what it takes to survive, he'll embrace it. And once he escapes, he'll make his so-called friends pay. He shouted with rage and said, " I will be back soon. Wait for me you bastards".
The chapter ends with Jin walking deeper into the labyrinth, the glow of his shadowy aura illuminating the path ahead.
