The day right after the fall of Estoris, Japan.
In a slum near Kyoto, the capital city, there was a group of bandits composed by around one hundred people, talking about what they should do next. After a while they were interrupted by a guy, who was screaming of joy: "The last expedition of the Story-Makers got delayed!! It will be at Kyoto tomorrow! We should try stealing those!".
The bandits cheered together but they were soon interrupted by their leader: Yusei Saito.
Yusei Saito: "Fools! We'll meet right here again in 3 hours! I'll think of the perfect plan and than tell everyone their role! Everyone can go for now, except Yoru, Settie and Ichiro, you three come to my room!" He than walked away, not saying any other word.
A few minutes later Yusei, Yoru, Settie and Ichiro met in Yusei's room.
Yoru: Ichiro! I guess your father called you here to be our waiter! So... bring me some water!
Ichiro: As you w-wish Yoru...
Ichiro was used as a waiter by the other bandits and was always hated by his father, because her mother died to gave him birth.
Soon he promised to himself he would've changed how things were.
The next day after they all learnt their roles in the theft they started waiting and watching all the possible different paths for the camion with the story-makers.
Ichiro was with his father and some of the other bandits, watching the north path, while Yoru and Settie were watching the est and sud ovest path with some other bandits. Suddenly the camion was sawn getting closer to the north path, so Ichiro, his father and the bandits got ready to assault it.
Once it was close enough some bandits blocked the path in front and behind the camion with some pre-made metal pointed cloths, once the camion ran over those the wheels were perforred and unusable, the driver begged for mercy, but on the back of the camion, once they opened it they found a lot of story-makers, but a mysterious sphere-like one attracted Ichiro.
He grabbed it and right after he heard a voice that said: "Ichiro, hear me out, don't freak out, get closer to your dad and don't tell to anyone that I'm sentient, ok?"
Ichiro nodded, both scared and excited as he obeyed.
Once he was close enough and there weren't any other bandits too near the sphere-like Story-maker transformed into a gun and shot directly at ichiro's dad, killing him. The bandits heard the shot ran and attacked ichiro, but anytime someone approached him the Story-maker would've killed them too.
Ichiro was scared, begging desperately for it to stop, but it didn't until anyone but ichiro was dead. Ichiro screamed, crying from desperation, grabbed the story maker, pointed it under his jaw and shot the trigger.
