Felix couldn't help but feel surprised,if Min-Soo could just ask for the bill all this while , then why did he wait for this old man to show up ?.
Rowoons annoyed at Min-Soo for interfering,took the bill from officer park and signed it with a flourish.
It's taken care of ", Rowoon said dropping the bill in the table" Felix won't be paying any fines.
Officer park with a little more courage spoke up,but Felix beat up the boy very badly , he needs to be punished.
Rowoon's expression turned cold and menacing,grapping Felix hands and dragging him out of the room " Anyone who tried to stop me consider yourself warn; Rowoon growled his eyes flashing with a firce intensity.
As they reached the door way , Felix struggled against Rowoon grips.Aguhynug , can't you just walk in like a Normal human being,must you break the door down; Felix complain.

Felix's face turned bright red with anger and embarrassment," you grumpy old man " he exclaimed, trying to struggle out of Rowoon's grip.

With that Rowoon dragged Felix out of the room, much to Felix annoyance,his face red as he realized he was been toyed with.
Min-Soo watching the drama between rowoon and Felix ,Turn to the officers a smile on his face and said ," I think it my cue to leave as well " He nodded to the fuming Enwoo and walked out of the room whistling a tune.
Officer park watch him leave, releasing a breath he did not know he was holding, cleaning the sweat on his forehead.
Enwoo's eyes narrowed,he still couldn't stop rowoon.the man was like a ghost, always one step ahead of the law.
His mind racing with thought of revenge, he was hungry for it and he will get it, then he stormed out of the office leaving the officers breathing for air.
