Chapter 34 - Chapter 34

LIAM

I am in my office, sorting some paperwork when my secretary informs me of Hela's presence.

This girl really doesn't know that her only place is in my bed and that's even when I want it. She thinks she can just waltz in and out at her disposal.

"Send her in." I instructed and in no time, she was standing in front of me.

That summer body is just what I need on a busy day like this. Anyway, back to business.

"I didn't call for you." I said coldly, peeping up from my desk.

"I know, I wanted to see you." She replied as she took her seat in front of me.

"What is it? This is a work day." I frowned slightly.

"That Amelia girl, I don't trust her since she knows about us," she said, her face wrapped in concern.

"So?" I raised a brow.

Her eyes widened. "You don't care if your friend finds out?"

"Why should I?" My response left her almost speechless.

I focused on the paper in front of me, scribbling into it absentmindedly.

"B..Because it would ruin things. I don't want to hurt Felix," she said hesitantly. Her face was tense.

I leaned back in my seat.

"Hela, just go straight to the point, I don't have time for this." My irritation was starting to show.

"Just keep her in check. Make sure she doesn't run that mouth of hers. Please," She said with pleading eyes.

I sighed, my gaze drifting away.

"I'll see what I can do, so that you don't show up here unannounced again."

"Thanks Liam." She said.

Relief washed over her as she gave me an intense gaze which stirred something in my trousers.

"Is that how you show your appreciation?" I said with a wry smile.

"Hmmm," She moaned playfully as she strode towards me like a gazelle.

Time for action!

I fiddled with her skirt before stripping it off her body. Then laying her wide on the table like freshly baked bread, I thrust into her ferociously which erupted loud screams from her.

It was a good idea to make this place sound proof because this girl's a screamer.

We were so lost in our pleasure before the rude interruption.

Fuck, not again!

******

My first day at work and so far so good. Initially I didn't know what to expect but was hoping everything works out fine or if it doesn't work out fine I should at least have the strength to be able to overlook my new boss's Liam useless behaviors and character.

I had arrived very early to work even before he got to the office and I waited by his secretary's desk until he came. However when he did come the first thing he did was to send me on an errand - a quite funny one that made me walk a few blocks away from the building.

Returning back with the things he asked for, feeling a bit tired I opened the door.

"Arhhhhh!" I couldn't help but scream as I walked into Liam's office.

What did I just see? They should have locked the door at least. How am I going to unsee two naked adults having forbidden sex? In the office for that matter!

I quickly turn my back to leave, to avoid tormenting my eyes any further.

"It's alright, don't go. Hela was just about leaving." Liam said, panting like a tired dog.

"I'll call you. Excuse me." Hela said, looking very embarrassed and sweaty.

That must have been some serious action I interrupted.

I closed the door as she left and turned around to sort what I came for.

"Have you gotten what I asked for?" Liam said amusingly as he buckled his belt.

I cleared my throat, still feeling quite awkward about what I just saw. How can Hela be betraying her boyfriend like this? These two are unbelievable, I just feel sorry for the poor guy. He thinks his girlfriend is the best thing that happened to him.

"Hello, I'm talking to you." Liam said, snapping his fingers. "Are you daydreaming about me now?"

That made me want to puke.

"What? No, ewww. Never." I responded, shaking the thought out of my head.

That would be number one of the top ten list of disgusting things to do.

"What's that supposed to mean?" He asked.

His expression was neutral but a hint of amusement was in his eyes.

"Nothing." I shook my head, then dropped off the package on his desk.

Taking a few seconds to inspect it he raised his head up to me.

"Well, are you ready to work now?"

Finally! Time for some real work!! I was a bit excited about it.

"Yes, I can do a lot of things. I can organize your schedule, I can clean the office, I can..."

"That's not what I want you to do." He cut me short.

Okay… so what do you want me to do?" I asked with furrowed brows.

"I want you to slap someone," he said plainly, like what he said wasn't odd at all.

He must be joking. Right?

"Okay?" I said, expecting him to laugh and say he was just kidding.

"There's someone that has messed up big time and I want to teach him a lesson." How he went into details.

He isn't joking. He actually wants me to slap someone!

It's okay, slapping people whom you hold a grudge against must be totally normal...if you're a narcissist!

"I'm not following, is that part of my job description?" I asked with a curious expression.

I want him to repeat himself, just to be sure I'm not hearing things.

"You heard me right. I want you to slap someone." He reiterated.

"Oh...okay." I said slowly.

This is what I've been paid upfront for.

He tapped on the intercom and put the receiver to his ear.

"Hello...yes, okay. I'm coming." He said and dropped the receiver. " Let's go."

"Okay," I said and turned around to leave. Something inside me is still telling me this is some kind of joke or prank.

"Oh, you won't be needing those." He said, pointing at the books I was holding.

I didn't think of that.

"Okay, I said." Dropping the books on the shelf.

We went into an inconspicuous room on the ground floor. I followed behind Liam into the dimly lit room, my curiosity piqued. The door creaked shut behind us, enveloping us into an eerie silence.

The silence was soon broken by a muffling sound. As I adjusted my eyes to the faint light, I saw him. A man bound on his knees, his ankles and hands secured. His eyes, wide with fear, darted between Liam and me.

Is he in the mafia now?

Another guy, big and hefty, was standing by the window. To my left, a small table held various objects that made me shiver in fear. Scalpels, syringes and a baseball bat.

Liam moved calmly, his footsteps echoing in the walls, as if it was a normal routine for him to just tie people up. He stopped in front of the man, gazing at him with an unnerving intensity.

The man struggled in his binds, muffling words nobody could understand.

Liam turned to me, his expression still calm.

"Well, here you go."

"What has he done to me that I should slap him?" I demanded.

Liam's eyes narrowed.

"When I give you an instruction, you carry it out. Obey before complaining." He said.

Well, here goes nothing.

I walked up to the man. His pitiful expression made me want to turn back and refuse but I can't exactly do that.

I raised my hand to the man's left cheek- giving him a light slap.

"What's that? Are you even trying?" He frowned.

"You said I should slap him. I have slapped him," I argued.

"Slap him harder!"

"What?"

"You heard me. Slap him again, this time harder!" He sounded really serious.

"Okay," I turned around to face the man and honestly it just felt really wrong hitting him.

He hasn't done me no wrong but I really don't want any trouble from Liam so I did what he asked, slapping the man a second time- adding a little bit force to it.

"Is that the same force you used on me?" Liam said, eyeing me in disapproval.

So that's what this is about.

It's because of the slap I gave him. There's a difference between the two.

"This is different. You deserved it." I mumbled.

"I see. So I am the one that deserved to be slapped so painfully?!" I could see the trauma in his eyes.

My slap must have done him so much mental damage more than physical.

"I guess so. Yes," I said softly and he frowned.

"Fine. Now I want you to close your eyes and imagine this man here is me. Now slap him the way you would slap me." He said and I closed my eyes as he had instructed.

My mind went back to all I have been through because of him. All the pain and suffering… My stomach churned with rage and pain as I reminisced.

Thwack! My hand connected with the man's face, the sound echoed through the room like a crack of thunder.

The man's head jerked to the side and he lost his balance, falling to the ground. A crimson hand boomed on his pale skin.

I opened my eyes, shocked at what just happened.

"Yikes, so if you get another opportunity, I may lose one or two of my teeth. I better stay away from you." Liam chuckled.

Yes, you better do.
