The world. The world was all peaceful. Everyone was enjoying the life of their own time. People were living peacefully in this world. This world that was peaceful, it's just no longer the same. The world which was once the sky of clean but polluted, now is just a gray sky of war. The reason for this havoc upon the earth and mainly on humanity happened due to the foolish nature of humans. World War III became the reason for the condition of this war.
World War III started 20 years ago. No one knows the origin of this war climax. The super power of earth is divided into two groups. Western allies and Eastern allies. They all except accuse each other to prove that their rival is the reason why this war had been fought over. The war had caused destruction upon the world itself. This war was not between two rivals. This war was between the whole war. This time, there was no ally. Just enemies. Each country is thinking about itself and trying to dominate other countries for the resources and power that they lost. This war was nothing but a foolish act of gaining power over the world. When they saw that they can't win in a military army then the most dangerous weapons of humanity started to be used. Nuclear weapons. It caused a whole change in the world. Death and war and chaos.
After years of bloodshed, the warring nations simply ran out of resources to continue fighting. Cities lay in ruins, infrastructure was obliterated, and ecosystems collapsed under the strain of chemical, biological, and nuclear fallout. No side could claim victoryâonly survival.
The final moments of the war saw desperate peace talks conducted by fragmented governments, but it was too late to undo the damage. The world had changed irrevocably, and humanity's place within it was uncertain. The war had destroyed the old order and left behind a fractured world where the survivors could only hope to piece together what remainedâor perish in the attempt.
A thick silence blanketed the earth, broken only by the faint whispers of the wind carrying echoes of despair. The land itself bore scars deeper than any war before itâcraters gaped like wounds, forests were stripped bare, and rivers flowed black with ash and oil. Radiation zones marked the most devastated regions, their glowing perimeters a warning to the few survivors who still dared to wander.
Survivors are clinging to their lives. The peace they want. They thought that it was all over and after a few years when earth's wounds would be healed, they could rebuild humanity from the start. They thought. As we know that it is always the face that most thoughts never reached the truth. They never went the way they should.
The war had unleashed something else too. It was something that no one could have predicted. The reality started to crack up. SomethingâNo, many of the things start to come out of the crack. Anomalies. The phenomenon that defied all the explanation. These beings who are supernatural. The beings who are now top of the food chain. Religion bow down to them as they call that, they are a sign of judgment day arriving. But some religions believe that they are devils. But whatever they are. For me, they are not the best. These beings shouldn't exist here.
My name is Ben El. Weird name. But that's the future for you. If Arthur can be called as Art then why not this name?
I will win.
