Here what im thinking

1: The first is you get put into a sub space called the abyss at random doesn't matter where or how old you are, in this process you have to complete a trial it's called the awakening process in this process you will go through a trial at random it could vary depending on who you are if you fail the trial you're will and emotions will get sucked into the abyss and you will turn into a tarnished, they are mindless like killers who want to kill the trial takers if you pass you are now called a vessel when you pass the trial you will get a set of abilities from the abyss the people who pass the trial will get a power called essence it's what grants things life and the ability to let you do inhuman like things there are 4 platforms controlled by different holders 1:The forgotten king(the land of war) 2:The mistress(Land of Luck) 3:The Alien with no home(land of demons and tarnished 4: Twins Bonnie and Clyde(Land of

mischief). these four territories are held by a tower and to get to the territory you must club floors but be careful because danger is around every corner the rulers of the tower are 1:Don't trust a soul it might just steel your's, 2: There are no laws if your not on a platform and are just on a floor, 3:the more you stay on a floor is the more you seep into the abyss the only way to stay on a floor is to kill another vessel 4:Never tell your real name it will come back to haunt you and the very last 5: if you see a black vessel with horns RUN!
