Tim looked at Layla for a couple seconds after she made her last statement and decided to let the matter go. It was not worth him for him to start a battle carelessly in a lawless city.
"Hmm." He replied her coldly.
Turning to Lex, he said" You are our guide. Lead us out of this city to our destination."
Lex who was tired of the constant issues Tim and Layla had just sighed and agreed to lead them on their journey.
Leaving through the front door of the building they teleported into, they saw the streets around the building.
For most parts it was empty, but what really amazed them was the damage done to the surrounding area of the street.'
It was as if the street had been through a war. Vehicles were damaged, houses were damaged even the road was damaged.
"This place is a wreck." Layla said as she shook her head.
It was not pleasant for her to see such a promising environment to be in ruin.
