"Trish, you just want to go against me. His presence here does you no harm. Why can't you just let this go?" Lex replied, not wanting to embarrass Tim any further.
Tim that was frozen at the door, calmed his nerves. It was unlike him to lose his composure like that.
He actually felt stupid for th.at for the first time in a long time. Did he actually freeze at the door, because of the voice of a lady? Where did all his toughness go?
He took a deep breathe then pushed the door open and went in, slamming the door behind him.
Seeing Tim go inside gave Lex a relief. "Look he is going to be staying in this complex, so avoid him. He is not as friendly as the others. Just stay away from him and he will definitely avoid you."
