All the statues of the Seven Archons standing in the Seven Nations of Teyvat ceased glowing and returned to their original state. The colorful aurora that had covered the entire sky gradually faded, leaving behind a sense of calm and rejuvenation.
The dilapidated environment of the Teyvat continent had been repaired and improved. The people of the Seven Nations were still in awe, especially those who had been redeemed under the radiant aurora.
"My power as Celestial Law has grown stronger, and my reach now extends beyond the world of Teyvat," Takumi observed. He looked at the projection in his hand, showing the trajectories of both worlds. Supporting his cheek with his other hand, he crossed his legs, the corners of his lips turning upward in satisfaction.
The 'Primordial Dharma Ring' now contained a new law, signifying an increase in its power. The Demon Slayer World and Teyvat World had formed a self-sustaining system. Teyvat was akin to the main planet, while the Demon Slayer World functioned as a satellite.
The Demon Slayer World provided its energy to Teyvat, while Teyvat gave back its higher forms of energy to foster the growth of the Demon Slayer World. It was a symbiotic relationship, rather than a mere extraction of resources.
Takumi rose from the Celestial Throne. "Most of the longstanding evils in Teyvat have been eradicated through this baptism of world energy. It's time to reward them based on their merits."
He wasn't like the previous Celestial, Phanes, who had ruled with an iron fist. Although the annexation of the Demon Slayer World had been part of his plan, the contributions of Raiden Ei and Yae Miko couldn't be ignored.
Asmodeus opened her eyes, her expression filled with ecstasy. She, as the maintainer of the Celestial Law, felt herself growing stronger in tandem with the newly empowered Law. She also sensed the satellite world, now orbiting Teyvat, infused with renewed vitality.
Seeing Takumi rise, she quickly bowed and asked, "Master, are you preparing to annex the second world now?"
Takumi smiled at her enthusiasm. "No, Xiao Mo. Work should be balanced. We just annexed a world, and Teyvat's lifespan has increased by nearly six thousand years, growing stronger each day. There's no rush."
Asmodeus frowned slightly, puzzled. "But there are still many hidden dangers within Teyvat. Shouldn't we proceed with the next annexation to bolster our power?"
Takumi sighed. "Do you think the efforts of the Seven Archons should go unrewarded?"
Asmodeus looked confused. "Reward? But why? It is their duty to serve Teyvat. If they fail to meet their responsibilities, they should be replaced."
Takumi shook his head. "You truly lack empathy, Xiao Mo. You might be an efficient leader, but you aren't a good one. Listen to me—we are not running some mechanical empire like the 'Biblical Heavens.' Our gods deserve appreciation for their devotion." He paused, then smiled mischievously. "Besides, I want our Pantheon to be a family—full of love, not just a power hierarchy. If there are any schemes, let them come only from me."
Asmodeus remained confused but bowed, accepting her master's words. "Understood, Master. What are your orders?"
"For now, focus on overseeing the growth of the satellite world. Help it flourish, but avoid interference with their natural course. We need stability, not disruption."
"As you wish." Asmodeus promptly disappeared from the throne room.
Takumi chuckled after she left. "Phanes, you certainly had no regard for your gods. Treating them like disposable tools—no wonder they either feared you or schemed behind your back. I want something different. I want a Pantheon united under trust and love." He paused and added, "Though, if there's any chaos, it's going to come from me."
Meanwhile, in Inazuma, at Narukami Shrine, Yae Miko had returned from the Demon Slayer World. Pretending to be exhausted, she rubbed her shoulders. "Oh~ What a hard mission I had! Ei, your faithful servant has worked so hard. Don't you think I deserve a reward?"
Kamisato Ayaka and Kamisato Ayato bowed respectfully towards Raiden Shogun, who stood under the Sacred Sakura Tree.
Raiden Ei's expression softened as she let her consciousness take over from the Shogun. "Shenzi, it seems you haven't been too overworked. I heard you spent much of your time chatting and drinking tea."
Yae Miko pouted. "It was important diplomacy! And in the end, I erected a barrier that saved countless lives. Doesn't that deserve some recognition?"
Raiden Ei raised an eyebrow. "Using power borrowed from me."
Yae Miko sighed dramatically. "But it was still me taking action, wasn't it?"
Just then, a mischievous voice interrupted, startling everyone present.
"Oh~ So what kind of reward does this little fox desire? If what you say amuses me, I might just make it come true."
