'Well, this sucks.' I thought while looking at my mother, she was hot... but since I didn't even have a working dick, what was the use? I had to wait like 12 years to get my hands on anyone.
I sighed, wondering what I could do. Honestly, I had nothing to do. With me mastering everything, it left me... well, it left me with nothing else to do. What could I do now but shit myself, sleep, and eat?
Although I had to admit that I was level one, which was pretty much baby-level, I could already fight someone above the human level, showing just how capable I was. By the way, a genin was around level 14. My physique for a newborn was powerful, but this went to show just how capable Lucifer's bloodline was to give me such capable strength as a newborn.
But I did have one question, why was I at level 1? I mean, shouldn't I be at level 14 then? Was this like those cultivation novels?
{Host, you can think of yourself as a character in a video game. You've just started your journey, so you're currently at level 1. Imagine having the best gear and a lot of resources as you begin the game, which would boost your character's stats significantly.} The system said,
'I see... so, can I kill to level up?' I asked in interest,
[Indeed, you would get bonus XP for killing those of a higher level than you. You would get less XP from killing those lower than you.] The system said and to that, I nodded, lost in deep thought.
The shinobi world was filled with many experts, but at the end of the day, they were normal humans. What did I mean by this? Unless they were from some powerful clans, normal swords, and weapons could kill them. This means, that if I could locate Madara, then I in theory could kill him if he just stood there and allowed me to attack and used no chakra to defend himself...
Well, with nothing for me to do, I began to start studying with chakra... and that's how I passed my time. I of course had to play the role of a newborn baby before my parents and others, but as months passed, I began to show that I wasn't a normal baby and was in fact a genius.
Before I knew it, the first shinobi war was about to start. News of Hashirama's injuries spread quickly, leading to the war starting. But this was just one of the many reasons that the first shinobi war was going to start.
Not all villages had good land, in fact, the Hidden Leaf village had the best land out of all other villages. This leaves many villages needing to go to war for resources. In fact, many didn't want to build villages, they were pressured into doing so thanks to the might of the hidden leaf. They needed to unite to survive, and now they need to fight for resources.
Hashirama tried to do things peacefully, going as far as trying to balance the power of every major village, but all it did was slow down time and earn my disdain.
With Hashirama's death nearing, he had to pick the next Hokage. The role of Hokage wasn't something anyone could just take. The Hokage position was created shortly after the creation of the hidden leaf by Hashirama, the Hokage selects their successor, Hashirama was, of course, going to pick his brother, that was until I told him how this could lead to the Uchiha clan being displeased and the risks down the future of that happening.
This led to the second Hokage being a Uchiha named, Masaki Uchiha. I also got the role of the future Hokage to not be picked by the current Hokage but by a group of the village high high-ranking members, that way things could be fair.
Still, War broke out after Hashirama's death. I didn't really care for his death, it just flashed by for me, sure the whole village was sad, the whole world was shaken, and so on... well, I couldn't care much. But the war that broke out... well, that was what I cared about.
"Oh? This time Masaki will die instead of Tobirama?" I stood on top of a tree, currently, I was transformed into a tall red-haired man who looked a lot like Lucifer Morningstar... with just a few key differences.
I stood there, my arms crossed while watching Masaki jump into battle, fighting an army all by himself by buying time for the future 3rd hokage and others to retreat. Since Tobirama wasn't Hokage, he took the role of teleporting from battlefield to battlefield, landing support where he was needed. This ended up saving Tobirama as in the cannon, Tobirama would be the one buying time for the others... Hiruzen might not be the next 3rd Hokage, so maybe I shouldn't call him that.
'what the...' I suddenly looked toward the location of the Hidden Leaf, my wood clone was there, and the wood clone had something like a hive mind with the original body, allowing me to know what was happening with them as it happened... right now the Senju clan territory was under attack.
The other 4 villages seemed to have united to try and erase the Uchiha clan, with Tobirama out on the battlefield, and Hashirama dead, who did the Senju clan have? Mito? She had returned to the village hidden in the whirlpool where the Uzumaki clan called home.
The Senju clan had no powerful figure at the moment to shield them, leaving them defenseless and open for such a sudden attack... no there was more than this attack. Those attacking the Senju clan were no normal shinobi,
"I see..." I said seeing how those shinobi seemed to be under a genjutsu... well, at least the leaders seemed to be under a genjutsu, and the only one with a genjutsu so powerful to come to mind had to be Madara.
"Well, I'm still level one, time to change that," I said with a smirk. Level 1 I might be, but Genin I wasn't. I was currently 2 years old, and with that came growth to my body, and with that came a stronger physique. As of this moment, I was equal to a jonin. Impressive right?
I was currently capable of fighting someone at level 35, which the system says is city level. I at first didn't believe it, because shinobi were not the type to run around destroying cities until one gets to the tail beast stuff. But the system reminded me it doesn't mean they could destroy cities but had the capability to fight or match those who could destroy cities.
Anyways, my shadow moved, turning into clothing that hid my body.
"I am Shadow... no, deeper," I said slowly deepening my voice. There was a deeper reason for why I was bothering to put on such an act, but that would be for hundreds if not more years into the future.
Once my voice was deep enough, I disappeared, appearing before the entrance to the Senju clan, instantly drawing many eyes.
"My name is Shadow. I lurk in the shadows, and I hunt the shadows..." My voice was soft, but everyone heard it powerless, everyone at first could easily follow it, but with the smallest shift of my body, they lost track of me.
It was like how one could try and keep track of every small raindrop falling from the heavens, it was impossible to track them all, and they were bound to lose track of them. Martial arts was about bringing out the full potential of your body, defending and attacking wasn't everything. It was like a game of chess, sometimes throwing tricks into your martial arts could greatly throw them off guard, leading them to lose track of what was the most important thing.
That's what I did just now, I tricked everyone's mind, leading them to completely lose track of where I disappeared to... they only found after image after countless heads flew into the sky, followed by a jet of blood.
Many tried to locate me within the army, but when their eyes turned too, their eyes had arrived too late as I had already passed through there. My movements were perfect, my skills reached levels no one could even comprehend, and my speed which was only shooting up as I leveled up... well, let's say this was a bit too easy for me.
Before I knew It, I had slaughtered everyone, 2 thousand people died just like that, all within 30 seconds. It would have been faster if I had used any of my Jutsus, but I didn't want to reveal too much to the world, at least not yet.
"Wait, sir, who are you." A young man yelled seeing me about to leave, I turned to look at him, my scarlet red eyes the only thing he and everyone else could see, seeing as I was covered in darkness.
"I'm Shadow," I said before disappearing, leaving behind the lifeless bodies for them to take care of.
