In an alternate world, where the supernatural is part of everyday life, Rael Venator finds himself transported to this place after a mysterious incident.
He only remembers walking normally through the streets when he came across a dark alleyway between two buildings. He headed toward the alley as if he were being drawn to it.
It was a narrow corridor with a door at the end. Upon opening it, he was engulfed by a blinding light, which caused him to lose consciousness.
When Rael regained his senses, he found himself lying on the ground, around him, there were bushes and trees, he was in a forest, this forest seemed alive, pulsing with an energy that he could not describe.
"What... is this place?" Rael murmured, struggling to stand.
"This place is Zilian, and I brought you here... by accident."
Turning toward the voice, Rael saw a two-meter-tall woman with peculiar features. Her greenish skin, muscular and well-defined physique, and short black hair that barely reached her neck made her both beautiful and monstrous.
With an awkward smile, she revealed short fangs that did not diminish her beauty but instead enhanced her wild and powerful aura.
Her eyes were large and expressive, a captivating golden hue that drew anyone who dared look into them.
Her pants were made of thick, dark leather, so tight around her muscular legs that they seemed on the verge of bursting. The sleek, high-waisted design emphasized her powerful build. She paired this with a simple black tank top, which, although modest in design, had a deep neckline that revealed a touch of allure.
"Beautiful..." murmured Rael. A young man like him, immersed in fantasy-themed books, shows, and games, instantly recognized what she was: an orc.
"I intended to summon someone strong and large, like the men of my species who have gone extinct... Huh?"
As she lamented her failed attempt to summon a powerful being, she was caught off guard by words she had never heard in her life, or even from the other women in her tribe.
"What is 'beautiful'? Nothing is appealing around us, or anywhere near here," she said, her curiosity piqued by the only word Rael had spoken. Looking around, she saw nothing remarkable.
"It's not around us, it's in front of me. I'm talking about you!"
Standing up from the rough ground, Rael, at 175 cm tall and with a slender frame, faced the orc directly.
He looked into her eyes and flashed a confident smile.
Caught by surprise, it took the orc a few seconds to process what this scrawny man had just said.
"Ah... No one has ever said that to me..." Realizing that he was indeed referring to her, her face turned slightly red.
An orc.
An orc is blushing because I called her beautiful...
Hmm, but it makes sense. Orcs are brutish and wild beings, they likely don't exchange affection or sweet words with one another.
I need to seize this opportunity...
"Tell me your name and what we need to do."
The orc, still lost in thought and embarrassed, snapped back to reality, though her cheeks remained flushed.
"My name is Carlenia Megis... I made this summoning to get help with my tavern and adventures..."
As she spoke, her face gradually returned to its normal green hue.
Now, she found it pathetic that a weak-looking boy like him had managed to rattle her.
"What should I do with him? Tsk... I'll just throw him to the wild beasts," Carlenia thought, rubbing her chin in a contemplative pose as she devised a simple and quick plan.
Rael, despite maintaining a confident smile and keeping his gaze fixed on the orc in front of him, was internally panicking, his mind racing as he strategized how to survive the situation.
No, I won't die. Out now!
Damn it, screw it; this is my only chance, there's no other way.
But if I tried to run... no! She'd easily catch me with those muscular legs—one leap is probably worth twenty of my steps.
There's no way I can fight her, nor can I escape. Even if I managed to get away from her, who knows what's lurking around here?
So, screw it!
"Carlenia, you're mistaken if you think you summoned the wrong being. I'm perfect for what you need in fact, I dare say your summoning had a 100% success rate!"
Taking a bold risk, Rael interrupted Carlenia's train of thought, cutting off her wild ideas on how to dispose of him. She didn't even care that he was listening to her musings about killing him.
"!"
In a swift move, he grabbed Carlenia's hand from her chin and pulled her close to his chest.
"Do you feel that? That's my heart beating fast for a beautiful woman! Maybe you're not familiar with this, but the men of my tribe are capable of moving mountains to obey a gorgeous woman like you!"
K.O.!!!!
A fatal blow to Carlenia's heart landed in milliseconds!
"Uh... Wh-what are you saying... I didn't want someone skinny and weak... But if you can do all that you say... then I accept... that you'll be my servant..."
With a face as red as a tomato and breathing irregularly, Carlenia accepted Rael, if only to rid herself of the unsettling new emotions he stirred within her.
"Thank you, Carlenia. I promise not to disappoint you. Now, where do we go?" Rael asked, grinning from ear to ear, looking at Carlenia, who now had her face turned downward in embarrassment.
"Let's go to my tavern. The customers will start arriving soon."
"Of course! Let's not waste time!"
"How long do you plan to keep holding my hand?"
Though still embarrassed, Carlenia's orcish pride shone through.
Naturally, she wouldn't kill him now, not because he claimed to be useful, but because she enjoyed feeling... different.
After all, this was a new emotion, one no orc had ever experienced before...
"Ah, my apologies. I got carried away, haha..." Letting go of her hand, Rael tried his best to appear charming and likable.
It didn't take long for the two to start walking.
And it didn't take long for Carlenia to get annoyed.
After all, orcs are naturally impatient creatures.
"At this pace, it'll take forever. Can't you walk faster?" Carlenia asked, glancing back to see the slender man with dark skin and strange clothes, sweating profusely as he walked.
"Uh, actually I" Before he could come up with a lie, Carlenia acted faster.
Using only one arm, she picked him up, carrying him like a princess who had just been rescued.
"This is faster! Kya kya kya!"
"What are you doing!!"
Carlenia leaped great distances, running like an Olympic athlete.
Each step she took left deep imprints in the ground, marking where her leather boots had landed.
Rael felt humiliated or rather, terrified.
Any wrong word or movement, and she could kill him.
Even though being carried like this hurt his dignity, there was nothing Rael could do.
And so, they traveled at an extremely fast pace until they reached a modest tavern.
"We're here, Rael. Now I'll show you what you need to do!"
"Sure, Carlenia, but first, wait a moment, I need to use the bathroom!" Without waiting for her reply, Rael dashed into the tavern.
The tavern had the typical appearance of something from medieval films.
Not caring much about the setting, Rael rushed past dusty wooden tables and the dirty floor.
Finding a door marked with the illustration of a person sitting on a toilet, he quickly opened it and pulled down his pants.
Making his organ perfectly visible.
"Damn annoying bastards, finally I can smoke... ANN!?"
"Hey?!!"
Today was not Rael's lucky day. Sitting before him was a mature woman on the toilet, a cigarette pack in her right hand.
"Shit!" Not waiting for the woman's reaction, Rael bolted out of the small bathroom and stood in front of the door, gripping the handle tightly to prevent her from coming out.
Despite everything happening in mere moments, he managed to notice three things about the woman.
First, she smoked.
Second, she had ridiculously large breasts.
Third, she sat in a relaxed position, legs raised, allowing Rael to spot two holsters on her right and left thighs, one carrying a revolver, the other a knife.
"Who are you?" Contrary to what Rael expected, her voice was calm, peaceful, and soothing.
"My name is Rael Venator. I'm Carnelia's new employee."
"Ah, right. Carnelia did mention she was out to get her new worker. Don't worry it's just a misunderstanding. I won't blame you for this."
Damn it, what kind of situations am I getting thrown into?
Deciding to let go of the door handle, Rael took a moment to adjust himself, then stepped away from the door, allowing the woman to leave.
"Haha, it was just a misunderstanding. Good thing it was with someone calm and rational, haha..." Scratching his head in embarrassment, Rael now stood before a seductive and attractive woman.
"Yes... Good thing I'm calm and rational. Fufu..."
The stunning woman with red eyes and long black hair chuckled seductively at Rael, exuding a natural charm that threatened to steal his heart at any moment.
If Carlenia was a wild and rough orc with beautiful features...
This woman before him was alluring and enchanting. She wore a black-and-white dress reminiscent of a nun's habit.
A nun...
A NUN?!
"By the way, my name is Lucia Angele, and I'm a priestess." With a shy yet captivating smile, Lucia introduced herself to Rael.
Lucia, the woman who moments ago was cursing and smoking a cigarette, was a priestess? What kind of world is this?!
I just walked in on a religious woman smoking and cursing.
Not only that, but she saw my... masculinity. And she has two weapons...
She's anything but a normal religious figure.
PAH!!!
Lost in thought, Rael barely registered the movement of the gorgeous woman before him.
In an instant, she had him on the ground, straddling him. Her right hand held the revolver, its barrel pressed against Rael's forehead.
"You know, Rael... You saw something no one should have seen... How can I put it... Something that was meant to be a secret, you understand?"
"I understand, Lucia, but it wasn't my fault, just wanted to use the bathroom..."
As Rael said this, he unintentionally reminded Lucia of the moment she had seen his masculinity.
A dragon not yet ready for battle, but one that could wreak havoc when awakened...
"AH!!!" Trapped in inappropriate thoughts, Lucia shook herself back to reality, struggling to push aside the impure ideas this man had sparked in her.
"You!! You made me see your... your organ!" As if her earlier demeanor had vanished, her face turned as red as a strawberry, her eyes welling with tears. The memory was too vivid, replaying over and over...
Overwhelmed by embarrassment and anger, she pressed the gun barrel harder against Rael's forehead, her finger on the trigger. Any reckless word could end his life.
"Come on, Lucia, haven't you seen one before? A priestess who smokes and curses, I figured you'd seen and done it all, right? These clothes of yours, they're just a front, aren't they?"
Rael had decided. If he wanted to survive, he had to take risks. Despite the turmoil inside him, despite being on the verge of soiling himself from fear, he had to appear strong.
Yes, he understood now.
I need to be the biggest liar and the bravest man to survive!
"You little bastard, repeat what you just said!"
"I can repeat it, but what will you do about it? I'm the man Carnelia likes, you don't want to cause trouble with Carnelia, do you? Or... do you?"
With a confident smile, Rael delivered his final gambit. His lie had gone far, but there was no turning back now.
"Oh? Are you challenging me?"
"Yes, I am. What are you going to do about it? I bet nothing, huh? You're probably enjoying sitting on my lap..."
"You insolent!"
The tension rose. A verbal sparring match between a young man and a heavily armed priestess ensued.
Fortunately, before anyone's head most likely Rael's could be separated from its shoulders by the woman straddling him...
His boss and newfound protector arrived.
"What's going on? Get off my servant, Lucia." Carnelia asked, but in reality, she simply lifted Lucia with her left hand as if she weighed nothing.
