Liam's POV:
"It's been an hour already, what could she be possibly doing up there," I mumble between gritted teeth. "Sasha, hurry. We're an hour late already," I finally yell out with impatience. Sasha and I have been together for a year after I married my wife.
She was a slim, tall blonde beauty. Her hazel colored eyes would always glisten in the sun and her scented hair, I could feel all the right emotions in a hair flip. She may have been slim, but she had all the right curves. It made it much easier for any man to fall in love.
I hear the sound of heels clicking on the stairs, no doubt it's Sasha. She makes it to the last stair standing with a bright smile on her face. I couldn't ever look away, not even to save my own life.
She's breathlessly flawless in a tan colored blazer with a mini skirt to match. Her heels make both her legs and her height, especially, more pronounced. The way she holds a purse majestically while her other hand is cupped to the rails. I could really rail on her right now.
I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I hear her soothing voice, " how do I look, Liam." How else was she supposed to look other than gorgeous. Like taking a last breathe, I somehow release the word "stunning". In response, she delivers a warm smile and walks straight towards me.
"We can leave to the hospital now", she says cheekily while pulling me towards the front door. I intentionally drag my feet while she childishly pulls me all the way to the car. I'm a click, the car doors open and I get into the driver seat immediately. I'm about to hit the road until I remember I didn't have my phone before leaving the house.
"Oh shit. I think he forgot my phone in the room. I should go get it," I say lightly tapping my palms against my forehead. Someone pulls me down to car seats as soon as I attempt to leave. It's Sasha.
"Don't worry. I already got it while coming downstairs. Here." She says with a smile spread wide across her face. I can't quite put my finger on it but something about her smile seems a little off. I decided to shake the feeling off. Sasha would never do anything to hurt me.
"Thank you, Sasha," I try my best to look the least undisturbed as to how she has my phone. I take a quick glance at the phone.
"Damn, where running late"
I quickly get into the car seat and drive straight to the hospital. I remember seeing Rosy's name pop up on my phone. What could she want now. Money? It's weird, she'd never call without a good reason.
Sasha's POV
My heart skipped a beat immediately Liam asked for his phone. What would he think I'd be doing with his phone. Either ways, he did leave it in his room. I was doing him a favor- taking care of Rosy and saving him the stress of going up again.
Come to think of it, Rosy! She called Liam earlier. I didn't think it would be important until she sent a text to him. She's pregnant, and it's only 7 weeks. I thought Liam said he didn't love her anymore. She was so happy sending him that text. I had no other choices left to make.
Both of us can't have a baby for the same man and besides, mine is older. The latter would have to sacrifice. Afterall, Liam would be too focused on me to realize what happened. He can only love one of us, and that's me. I intend to keep it that way. I hope Liam doesn't suspect anything, and as for Rosy, I'll make sure to make sure she and Liam get divorced.
I won't let her take Liam from me.
Liam pulled over at the hospital gates. I was to busy Rosy scheming to pay attention to whatever was happening around me. The hospital parking lot was full. Really full. Luckily there was a car already leaving, creating just enough space for us.
Liam got of the car and made it straight to my side of the car to get the door for me
"My lady"
I smile cheekily grabbing his already stretched out hand, "thank you". He's such a gentle man, it must be the reason why my mother adores him so much.
He shots the door and heads straight to the reception while I trailed behind him.
"Good morning Mr Liam. Your signed room is on the fifth floor", she nodded after pointing the way to the elevator.
I held Liam by the arm and we both made our way to the fifth floor. The hospital was really full, even the surrounding air was choking.
We got the the room Liam had already book. Room 204. It had a old, shabby door and was probably on of the oldest rooms in the building. Liam stretches his hand to the door nob but the door opens immediately.
"Liam"
"Welcome, sir. So nice of you to have brought your wife for her check- up today. Come inside". Liam keeps a straight face this time. I'm still holding unto him as I feel his body tense up at the sound of the word 'wife'.
"He must be planning an engagement", I thought.
"I'll go get the doctor," she says hurriedly while leaving.
"Liam?" I call out to him.
He looks towards me with a stern look in his amber colored eyes
I…
I'm interrupted with the sound of a creaking bed. Come to think of it, why did the room look like it was split in half? Where's the bed? I notice the ward screen in spread somewhere at the middle of the room.
I take a peek at Liam's face but his attention's on the phone as usual. "I'm probably imagining things," I thought to myself. This place does give me the creeps. The floors had already lost all of its beauty and the curtains whore a lack of color, even the ceilings where chipped badly.
"Ughuh!"
Liam and I look at each other confused. If he didn't make that noise, and I'm in my right senses then…. Now I'm even more sure that I'm not hearing things. Someone else is in the room.
Liam heads for the ward screen in an attempt to pull it aside. It's knocked over towards the side drawers. I look away with my two hands covering my ears from the sound as though the screen was coming straight at me.
"Liam, what is wrong with you," I yell.
I notice he's stood frozen and he's staring with his entire face looking pale. He's barely moved from his initial position and the screen is far of displaying the other half of the room.
I raise my head slightly to see whatever made him look blood shot.
"Rosy!"
