The Chairman of the American Monsters Department did not immediately respond. He's staring at the dead monster while thinking deeply.
He maybe realized that even he ordered the people inside the training room to keep themselves quiet, there is no assurance that they will listen. Especially in the situation where the other countries wants to know the weakness of the other countries for them to conquer it. We maybe in year 3047 but the mindset of each country's leaders are still no different from before.
If I may asked, I think that fact and the situations of each countries are similar to the chess game. I have this strong hunch that someone is playing that game and we people are the pawns. My question is who are those bastards?
"This.. Hah. I can't believe that a monster entered, and I'm still unaware of it. Even I, myself have no idea how to ensure the safety of each of you now. However, I think it's better if from today, while you are all here, don't let anyone entered your room." The Chairman said.
"That's not a good idea, sir." It's the Japanese Malemyn this time.
The Chairman massage his forehead as he gently nodded. "I know, I know.. I understand what you mean. It'll be a possible cause of the huge misunderstanding for everyone. But..."
I can clearly understand the Chairman's situation. No one has the ability to identify Huluwa without fighting. Literally no one, except that thing. But should I tell him? If yes, then what will be the consequences?

"May I speak with Mr. Devaugn and Alistair, sir?" I now have an idea.
Everyone move their heads and focus on me. The Chairman not yet to answer when the two who I just mentioned comes closer. They are even smiling.

Before I answer them, I asked the Chairman to order everyone to go to the center of the training room. He mindlessly followed and did what he just told. Of course we are also followed. "What now?" One of the American Malemyn asked.
I cleared my throat before talking. "Don't be afraid, it's our only way to find the spy among us." Everyone nodded. They maybe also has no choice but to follow. "Mr. Devaugn, can you please imprisoned us with your water Acid?"
When everyone heard it, they panicked. But Devaugn shrugged and immediately followed my words. The Chairman frown as well as the others. They still can't understand what's happening. Devaugn's water acid is very harmful. It's either monster or human, they will surely ended up being melted if they were soaked in it. And that's the reason why I asked Mr. Devaugn to use his power.
"What's next?" He asked. He looks excited too.
"Wait! What if he accidentally dropped these waters on us?!" One of the Gwandy shouted.
"Don't worry, he will not." Jevro answered.
"How sure you are?! Didn't you know? His water acid has 80% acids in it!"
"Of course we know. And it's only 73% acid, not 80%." Jevro answered while grinning.
His expression is quite crazy but still funny. Even the Japanese Malemyn besides him chuckled. The Gwandy clenched her jaws but chose not to argue anymore.
While me, I raised my right hand and added an electricity to the water. If you guys all forget, this electric power was originally from the President of the Philippine Monsters department. I accidentally copied it from him.
"What the hell?! Are you trying to kill us?!" It's Rowan now.
"You will be dead if you want to step out of here of course. But if you listen to him, then you will come back to our country alive." Jevro was the one who answered.
He looks happy seeing Rowan uncomfortable.
"So, how do we identify the spy using that?" The Chairman finally asked.
Everyone became silent. While I finally glanced at Mr. Ailestair before looking at the Chairman. "Well, first, I need your power of authority to call all the workers and other countries representatives who are still outside of this building, sir. And make sure no one rejected your call."
The Chairman nodded and do what I just said. When I look at Ailestair, he's smiling while waiting for my order. I honestly feels like I'm digging my own grave right now but my mind is still on the safety of us fighters, so I didn't pay attention to his weird expression.
"What exactly is your power?" I asked him directly.
I see him smirked before he raised his hands. Just as he did that, we suddenly find ourselves floating. Is it telekinesis? No, it's similar but it's not. Because he's also floating.
"Gravitational force. I see.." How pity, I was focusing on the situation and forgot to use my eyes to copy. "Then work with me." I told him.
"I am now. Does it look like I'm not?"
"Sorry.. Then, Mr. Chairman, please forgive me for what I'm going to do next. Just please understand that it's for our safety."
The Chairman raised his brows while Jevro and Clewin sit down on the floor while watching me. When the Chairman nodded his head while sighing, I hold Ailestair's hand and wait for the Chairman to use his power to call the others.
You guys maybe are confused, each Chairmen has the power of Authority. That's the reason why they were chosen as the Department's Chairmen.
When everyone arrived and started asking with shock expression, me and Alistair disappeared in their eyes. And because of that, everyone starts panicking again. But when the Vice-president of the Philippine Monsters department who just arrived, said that Jevro is with them so I'm sure be back, they somehow breathe a sigh of relief.
"But I'm confused, what the hell is going on?" He asked.
"Well, it's because of that thing." The Chairman pointed at the dead monster on the floor.
Those who just arrived gasped.
"W-what is that? Why does it have human legs?!"
If the other new comers are shocked, there is someone who secretly clenched their jaws.
"Sir, that is not a monster with human legs but a monster using human flesh as it's shell." Clewin explained. Jevro and the Japanese Malemyn agreed with a nod. The other confirmed it too.
"H-how?"
"So, are you guys trying to say that we are now inside of this water and electricity because you suspects us as one of that monster?" One of the workers spoke. He's even trembling.
"Not only you but all of us. Just be cooperative and wait for the next step of how to identify monsters and humans project. I want to rest after this fucking mess. You Americans should know this first but what did your monsters department do?" Rowan lost his mind again.
"Watch what you are saying you bastard! If that monster is using human flesh to interact with us, do you think your country are safe too?! We have no fucking idea if you're also one of them! You're indeed has a small brain!" One of the American Malemyn burst out too.
Those who are scared but trying to be calm stop the two from fighting. While the Chairman and the vice-president both apologize to each other. They all helpless and they don't know how to calm down their people.
The two Malemyns continue to argue when a loud bang stopped everyone from talking. Outside the water acid prison, Ailestair and Yohan arrived.
"W-hy, H-how.. I mean, why did the two of you bring that thing here?!" The Chairman shouted.
"I'm sorry sir, we will return this after using it." I answered while putting my hands on it.
Ailestair chuckle while copying my move. He also touched the Mana Stone while his other hand is on his waist. I heard Jevro chuckled.
"It has too?" He asked. I didn't understand it first but when I did, I just nodded my head. He then smiles more brightly.
"What do we have to do with it?" The Japanese Malemyn asked.
"Well, before I tell you what to do, let me tell you the story first. A long time ago, when the similar stone dropped in the land of the Philippines, someone accidentally touched it. And that someone turned to ashes on the spot. Coincidencially, the same thing happened in the America too, according to Mr. Ailestair here. And because of that, no one dared to touch it again."
Ailestair nodded while smiling.
"So why are you still alive even you two are touching it right now?" Clewin asked with wide eyes.
"Well, it's because, we are humans." Ailestair answered while tapping the stone. "I was honestly scared at first a while ago but Mr. Sifyola showed me that it's safe. He even explained to me." He also added.
"T-Then, the only way to identify the monster with human flesh is to touch that stone?" It's the Japanese Malemyn who excitedly asked.
