Arranged my files and also keep my schedule updated .
Lastly , never dress anyhow to office you must be on neat cloth .

It was my first day at work after the trip .I have been notified about the new secretary in the company after the last one resigned,feeling a bit occupied with excessive works , I reached out to her.Hello ,hearing the voice I was annoyed with the way she spoke .Be up here in 10 minutes I commanded her before hanging up. Not less than 5 minutes she appeared while I was on call. She kept knocking repeatedly until I had enough of it I gave her permission to enter .unlocking the door she entered appearing with a smile ,then I scanned her whole body she was curvy and voluptuous,she has curvaceous figures , her waist ,hips and bust were just too full , she seems to be 165cm to 170 cm in height that is an average height . She has a caramel skin and a shoulder length black hair.Ending with my assessment on her I focused on my call while she seems lost looking around and also staring frequently at my assistant. Sir , she called . Shunning her I resumed my call.
Ending the call ,I adjusted my neck tie then finally faced her , haven't you been thought never to interrupt others when they are on call
I said to her which surprised her then I turned to my P.A asking him about the files I told him to correct which he had made amendments.collecting the files from him I went through it then dismissed him after I was done going through the correction.Then I faced my secretary not sure what her name was I handed her the rules I usually pass on to my previous secretary because anyone who wants to work with me must know what they are getting their self into being successful was no joke at all .After giving it to her I wish she was not gonna get on my nerves like the others who can't seem to follow single instructions. Do not leave orelse I asked you to do so I told her when she was about to leave then I gave her the disorganized files that had been with me for month ever since the last secretary took to her heels.The past secretary was just too much and garrulous. After giving orders On the file I gave to her I told her to leave which she did obediently. They are all just the same I said internally . After dismissing her I got back to business they were various work to do conference to attend and more .
Dum Dum , the wall clock sounded announcing the time .
Argh!
