That lasted for a few more seconds before the agent's voice finally resounded,
"So, why are you guys here? How may I help you guys?".
"We want to purchase a building". My mum responded.
"You want to purchase a building? What kind of building? A house, or what?". The agent's voice resounded again.
"An empty building that could be used in starting up a business". My mum uttered again.
"Oh! That kind of building. What kind of business do you plan on starting up in this building if I may ask?".
"A wine business".
"So you guys literally need me to search for an empty building that could be used in starting up a wine business".
"Exactly".
The agent nodded his head a little while making use of his fingers to rub his jaw the moment my mum was done saying that. Then my mum explained to the agent the kind of building we needed that would fit well to start up a wine business.
