Mist curled around the group's feet, clinging to the uneven terrain like a living thing. The air was cold and thin, carrying a biting wind that whispered through the crags. Every step sent loose stones tumbling into the abyss below, the sound swallowed by the depths.

Kaelron led the group, gripping his staff tightly as the relic at his side pulsed faintly. Its light offered no comfort, only a reminder of the dangers lurking beyond the mist. Ignis walked beside him, the gryphon's sharp eyes scanning the cliffs for movement.
