"I'm fine, jeez you guys worry too much" Bonnie said faking a smile.
"Don't give me that bunny, you can't hide whatever is wrong with you behind a smile, I can see through it, so spill whatever is bothering you" Davis said seriously.
Bonnie smile disappeared from her face when she heard what he said.
"It's nothing serious davey, I'm really fine" she said assuredly.
"BONNIE" Davis called questionably.
"This is why I didn't wanna come initially, you're making a huge fuss out of nothing" she smiled taking a sit beside Hudson and glaring meanly at him.
"Why did you tell him"she whispered to Hudson's hearing alone.
"He was with me when you called so he heard everything" he whispered back.
" And you couldn't give me a heads up" she snapped.
" I'm sorry" Hudson said while she just sighed.
"It's fine, I'm not mad" she replied.
"You mind letting us in on the discussion" Davis said also walking to seat beside her leaving Bonnie in the middle while Leo and Jason where seating opposite them.
"Hi Leo and Jason, how's it going with the ladies" she asked trying to change the topic.
"Don't even try it, you won't distract us from the topic at hand" Leo said while Bonnie just rolled eyes.
"Are we still doing this?" She asked frustratedly.
"There'll be no peace for you until you tell us what we wanna hear, is your witch of a mother tormenting your life too?" Jason said and immediately everyone directed a glare at him.
"What! Y'all know I'm darn right" Jason said.
"Are you always this stupid?" Hudson asked clearly pissed.
"That's enough, he's right it's my mom" she finally said.
"What did she do" they all asked at once. Bonnie narrated everything to them.
"What!, you mean she set you up with a guy, at this young age for fuck sake you're just sixteen" Hudson yelled, he was obviously the angriest.
"And you don't know who this guy is, we can always pay him a visit on your behalf" Jason ever the rebellious one added.
"No, that would only make things worse, I can handle it myself you guys should get involved" she added.
"Seriously!, you've been going through shit and didn't dim it fit to let me know and now you say you'll handle it and we shouldn't get involved.Listen carefully Bonnie, I'll do something whether you like to or not." Davis said angrily before storming off.
"He called me Bonnie, davey's really mad at me hudz" Bonnie broke into tears while Hudson pulled her into his embrace patting her hair gently.
"You should have spoken up earlier, what if your mom had succeeded, you think Dave would ever forgive you for keeping something that serious from him." Jason said before also going upstairs.
"Although I'm also mad right now, it isn't entirely your fault, they'll come around soon" Leo said then patted Bonnie's head that was rested on Hudson chest before also walking out. Bonnie just remained in Hudson's arms crying bitterly while Hudson tried his best to pacify her.
"You're not mad at me right" she suddenly asked pulling out of the hug to stare at his face.
"Just a little bit" Hudson replied averting his gaze from her face.
"Why won't you look at me" she sniffed when she saw he was avoiding looking her in the eyes. He sighed then returned his gaze to her face but only for a brief second before averting it again.
'I really like you hudz, but I don't know how to tell you and I'm scared you'll reject me' Bonnie thought, her gaze lingering on his face.
'I wanna look at you too bunny, but I'm scared my wild thoughts will get the best of me and I'll lose you' Hudson thought still avoiding her gaze.
But when he felt her stiffen he looked at her, only to see her fast asleep on her seat. He smiled at how cute she looked then scooped her up in his arms and began taking her upstairs to the room meant for her. He dropped her on the bed and was about leaving when she grabbed his arms then mumbled some words he couldn't quite hear. He took his hands from hers and was about going out again when he heard her phone ring. He took it from her pocket but when he saw the caller ID he scoffed then turned off the ringer before finally walking out.
The Fernando mansion
"She's still not picking up Martin, why isn't she home by now" Mary said pacing impatiently in the living room.
"She's probably asleep by now, you weren't expecting her to sleep here tonight after everything right?" Martin asked, he was still seated on the couch with his iPad in hand.
"I can't help but worry, she's still so little to spend a night outside of home, I mean she doesn't even have close friends she can stay with, what if she gets in trouble" she panicked.
"Relax, I know she's never done this, but If she were to spend a night out it'll probably be at Davis"Martin said and immediately Mary heard that she panicked even more.
"All the more reason we shouldn't have let her leave in the first place, what if she tells Davis all that have been going on and how I'm trying to marry her off" Mary panicked and sighed loudly.
"You finally agree you were trying to marry off your sixteen years old daughter". Martin said with a raised eyebrow.
" Don't you give me that look Martin, you know we really need to form an alliance very soon" Mary explained with a smile.
"You're unbelievable Mary, you don't even show up at the company why are you so interested in its progress all of a sudden, we're doing well enough on our own, I'll advice you not to make things worse with your daughter" Martin said, picked up his phones and walked out.
