Since there are many people coming and going, the number of monsters is small, and the monsters that appear are not yet in the areas where the magic of the labyrinth is strong, so they are not much different from the monsters outside the labyrinth.
They say that there are more cases of being attacked by fellow explorers than by monsters. Even that doesn't happen often because there are so many people and there are so many witnesses.
