Dragonair nimbly dodged Exeggutor's first Power Whip, weaving in the air. It heard Luo Yuan's voice and, without waiting for the vines to strike again, it twisted its body, and the orb at its neck began to glow.
In the next moment, clouds rolled in from nowhere, covering the sun.
In an instant, the bright sky turned cloudy.
"When it comes to weather control, Exeggutor still has a ways to go."
After all, Dragonair's weather-manipulating abilities were its specialty, well-documented in the Pokédex.
With the sky darkened, Exeggutor's Chlorophyll ability deactivated, and its speed dropped dramatically, as if someone had pressed "slow-motion."
