For exactly seven years, the village hadn't seen or heard the shouts and pranks of that blonde-haired, blue-eyed ninja, who exuded happiness throughout the Hidden Leaf Village.
Since Naruto abandoned the village, many things had changed. Uzumaki Naruto's old friends hadn't spared any effort during all the years of his absence to find and bring back the hyperactive ninja. Others lamented for not supporting the friend who had always fought for his beloved village and friends.

It was one of the few activities that immersed him in something other than his own disappointment.
Gazing at the portraits from the First to the Fifth Hokage, he saw all the spectacular ninjas with great power and character who used all their efforts to protect the village and their comrades.
Immersed in his reverie, the Hokage found himself disappointed once more. Instead of acting as an independent Hokage, he had become controlled by a bothersome council that forced him to make one of the worst decisions of his life regarding the best person the world had ever had walking its lands.
That decision drove away one of the most loyal and faithful people to the village and the ninja world.
That person had marked his life by helping him when he had already given up on life. That person, with just a smile, could uplift the entire village.
Despite being underestimated, he never turned against his ideals and loyalty. But, like any other human, it was time to put an end to it... a moment that marked Konoha's entire history.
How could he forget?
How could he forget such a great loss for the village and the loss of a great companion who could no longer stand being used as a mere tool, only to be discarded like a sack of garbage soon after?
{ Years Ago }
- One day I will return! And when I return, I will bring a new superior order that will end all the evil that plagues this world. - A man said as he ascended to the skies in a pure golden splendor, his blonde hair seemingly turning red.
- From today onward, I... Namikaze Uzumaki Naruto! Abandon the Hidden Leaf Village and renounce any role or position as Hokage that I once dreamed of. - The man finally said as his body shone with a yellow and greenish splendor that practically blinded people with an incredible pressure of natural energy and the oppression of the Bijuus incessantly overflowing around his body.

Sighing heavily, Hatake Kakashi fixed his gaze on two small photographs. One showed him as a young student of the Fourth Hokage, alongside his friends Uchiha Obito and Nohara Rin. The other frame contained an illustration of him as the Jounnin sensei of Uchiha Sasuke, Haruno Sakura, and finally... Uzumaki Naruto.
One of his best students and a noble person with an unyielding character, Naruto was unjustly condemned due to a mere mistake and the enemy's influence. Everyone turned against him repugnantly, branding him as trash until he finally gave up. For the first time, Uzumaki Naruto gave up—on his dream, on his people, on his friends.
He gave up on his only family, who turned their backs on him when he needed them the most.
- Forgive me, Minato-sensei, forgive me for not protecting him as I should have... - Kakashi said, his head bowed. - I truly failed you, Kushina-sama, and especially Naruto-kun.
Anyone else in his place would be crying right now. Perhaps even he would have, years ago, before Naruto helped him trust people again.

He gazed at his home planet, a smile forming on his lips—one that reassured his allies and terrified his enemies. His sharp, beastly eyes, with vertical slits and a horizontal line in the middle, held a dark orange hue, giving him a mysterious aura. His blonde hair, styled uniquely, added to his charm.
With a simple push and a constant bubble of chakra around him, he allowed the gravity of the vacuum of space to propel him towards Earth, his destined home.
- "The time has come." - He thought for the last time, as nine animalistic beings, hidden in the shadows across the moon's surface, roared loudly and gracefully, a warning to all.
A warning that the return of the most powerful shinobi was imminent.
