"Aaaghhh! Please make it stop!"

'How long has it been? What did I even do in my past life to deserve such a punishment?'

Thought Andy as he was getting tormented in hell for his past life deeds. It has been so long that he even forgot what he did in his past life to deserve this. He doesn't even know how long it has been since he got here. Years? Decades? Centuries? Probably longer than that. What he could have possible done to deserve such a punishment.

"Gaaah! Please someone! Not anymore! Please let me out of here!"

Screamed Andy once again knowing very well that no one will ever listen. He was caged in a torture chamber since he got here and never met anymore. All he knew was the excruciating pain he had to go though all the time.

"What? Did you hear that?" said a demon passing by

"Hear what? Your ears must be ringing, there is no one here!" said another demon

"No no, for sure I've heard something, it is coming from the torture chamber over there" said the demon while pointing towards the torture chamber Andy was in.

"Are you crazy? This part of hell is long abandoned. Don't you remember the 2 of us were incharge of moving all the souls from this region to another region a long time ago. How could anyone possibly be here?" said the other demon.

"I don't know how, but I know I heard something, let us check once"

"Haah fine! Lets just get this over with"

Then the demons moved towards the torture chamber Andy was in and opened its door. After they saw what was inside their mouths hung open as they gazed at a boiling oil pot with a soul inside. The only possible explanation for this was they forgot to move this soul to the new region.

"W-What should we do? Even for the most heinous crimes, no one was ever punished for over a year in hell. And he is here for like over 10 millennia"

"How would I know? Lets ask master?"

"Are you insane?! If he ever come to know about this, he will give us even worse punishment than this soul. Also if that God comes to know about it, he might have a clash with master since we are not allowed to treat the souls God created like this!"

The 2 demons fell silent thinking what they could possibly do in such a situation.

"Maybe.. no never mind"

"What spit it out if you have anything!"

"No-no I was thinking if we can just release him then he will reborn and no one will know about it. But forget it, first we need to cleanse the soul off memories and energy it has absorbed while it was tortured here. But if we take this soul for cleansing everyone will come to know about it. Without cleansing a soul can't be reborn."

Other demon thought for a moment and said

"Hmm. There is another way. What if we plant this soul in a dead young boy's body, that might work."

"But who known what he will do with all that energy he absorbed? He might even destroy planets and stuff.. We can't do that"

"What other option do we have!?"

"... Haah fine! It is better than telling master about it" said the demon after thinking for a while.

The 2 demons then moved towards the boiling pot and pulled Andy out of it.

"Aaaghh! W-What??!! Please save me!! Don't put me back there again! I will do anything!" begged Andy

Demon pulled out some very old papers and said while looking into it

"Calm down, lets see, you have served your 12 millennia punishment for.. stealing others' women..."

"..." other demon

"... Seriously? 12 millennia for that?" asked Andy with blank expression

"T-This is the standard punishment for stealing others' women, now be happy that you are getting a second chance. You will be reincarnated in a young boy's body who has recently died. Since I am feeling good today, for your tough punishment I will grant you a gift. You will retain your memories when you reincarnate."

Then the demon opened a portal to the realm of the living and then placed his hand on Andy's forhead.

"Now I will release the seal on your soul which keeps the souls in hell in feeble state, so they do not cause any ruckus while they are getting punished."

Demon then chanted a spell and released the seal. But as soon as he released the seal Andy's body got surrounded by a powerful dark aura.

"What!? What is happening?" asked Andy

"It must be due to all the energy you absorbed while you were here.. This much energy, it feels like master's..." said the demon

".. We need to run" said the other demon while in panicked state

The demons immediately turned around and started running but before they could get far away the dark aura expanded and disintegrated everything within vicinity including demons and the torture chamber Andy was in.

'Shit what just happened!? What should I do? It must have caused a lot of ruckus and others will come as well.' Though Andy then he turned around to look at the portal to the living realm which was still open.

'Haah! this is the only option for now, I don't want to get locked up in another torture chamber again'

After thinking for a few seconds, Andy stepped into the portal to the living realm.
