Chapter 10 - Build Navy and Air Force

05—08—1560 WC

Alberto chose a site for building the air base which is ten kilometers from the capital.

He spends 10 billion to set up a huge air base.

The air base was unlike anything this world had ever seen. It was a marvel of modern engineering, with state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology. Alberto marveled at the sleek design of the runways, the efficiency of the control tower, and the sheer size of the hangars that housed the aircraft.

Since it would be the main base of his air force, he built a very large base.

Alberto started purchased the aircraft.

'Hmm, there are many types of aircraft here. Some of the aircraft here are familiar to me and some are unfamiliar. However, according to their overview, they are very advanced and powerful.'

Alberto is surprised by the price of the planes.

"Wow! These planes are incredibly expensive. If I wanted to buy them, I would be broke!"

Alberto started to read the overview of the planes.

Hmmm.....They are very strong. Wow! The B-52 Stratofortress is capable of carrying seventy thousand pounds of bombs. The price is right according to its capabilities. I don't know who made such a great plane. But it is extremely powerful. Although it costs a lot, I should buy some of this plane.

Alberto continued to scroll.

Hmm Mitsubishi A6M Zero and Messerschmitt Bf 109 cost much less.

Alberto remembers some memories of his old life.

The Mitsubishi A6M Zero and the Messerschmitt Bf 109 are two of the most iconic fighter aircraft from World War II, each representing the air power of their respective nations—Japan and Germany. Both the Mitsubishi A6M Zero and the Messerschmitt Bf 109 are significant not only for their performance and design but also for their impact on the air battles of World War II. The Zero is often celebrated for its agility and long-range capabilities, while the Bf 109 is recognized for its versatility and effectiveness in various combat roles. Each aircraft played a crucial role in shaping the air war during the conflict

For Alberto, both of these were enemy aircraft. Which took the lives of many of his companions. But now he is no soldier. He is an emperor and he is here to build his air force.

Alberto checks his balance. He has accumulated a lot of system currency during these months.

But he could not spend all this on his air force. He fixed a certain amount of budget for the Air Force. Because without System currency he cannot buy anything from System. So he has to spend thoughtfully.

Alberto started buying airplanes

Two hundred P-51 Mustang — 140 million SC

500 Mitsubishi A6M Zero — 22.5 million SC

One hundred Messerschmitt Bf 109 — 15 million SC

Ten B-52 Stratofortres — 840 million SC

Thirty F-35 Lightning II — $3.02 billion SC

A Rockwell B-1 Lancer — 317 million SC

Fifty AH-64 Apache — 1.5 billion SC

Alberto buys many more aircraft and helicopters. He spent a total of nine billion

He then summoned 30,000 personnel, a sea of faces representing the backbone of his new Air Force. Pilots with steely gazes, mechanics with grease-stained hands, aircrew trained in precision, and radar operators. They were all there.

After building the Air Force, Alberto set his sights on the next challenge, the Navy. His vision for a formidable fleet had just begun.

Time Skip

Alberto is now sitting in a helicopter. He is currently heading for the port city of Athens. Which is 300 km west of the capital.

Below, the ground seemed to be alive with activity. Construction vehicles, like brightly colored ants, trundled across the dusty landscape. A symphony of beeps, clanks, and the rumble of engines filled the air. He saw men and women, working tirelessly to build the roads, and rail lines that would link the capital to this new city.

Their helicopter approaches Athens. The port was a sight to behold—a sprawling network of docks, warehouses, and cranes that stretched across the coastline like a steel-and-concrete leviathan.

Despite its colossal size, the port stood eerily quiet. No ships jostled for space at the docks, no frenetic activity filled the warehouses. Yet, Alberto saw beyond the present, envisioning a future where this port would be a bustling hub, a conduit for trade with nations across the globe.

The 15.04 square miles of the main city were taking shape, a testament to the tireless efforts of the laborers and engineers. Buildings rose from the earth, and roads snaked across the landscape. Beyond that, however, lay the sprawling urban area, destined to encompass more than five hundred square kilometers.

Alberto has not summoned any citizens for this city. Because he is thinking of doing it after the construction of the city is finished.

Those working to build the city were the people he received as a reward. As a reward, he got 1 million people. Among whom there were many kinds of professions. He assigns them different responsibilities according to their skills. Among those people were the laborers and engineers who worked for the construction.

All of them are working hard to build the city.

The helicopter dipped lower, its shadow stretching across the dusty landscape.

As the helicopter touched down, the door hissed open, revealing the waiting figure of an Special security Guard.

Alberto gets out of the helicopter.

A contingent of security personnel stood at attention. They were a reassuring sight, a protective barrier against the unknown. Although there were no known enemies at present, their presence was a formality. Although, there may be many monsters in this forest that can attack Alberto.

Alberto had chosen this location for the naval base, half a kilometer from the city's edge, for its strategic advantage.

He then opens the system store and selects his base. He buy a huge naval base.

Naval Base Jupiter

The base was designed to be a headquarter for the Imperial's fleet, a place where ships could refuel, resupply, and receive repairs.

The base itself was a marvel of engineering. It consisted of a series of interconnected modules, each one dedicated to a specific function. There were docking bays for ships of all sizes, from small patrol craft to massive battleships. There were repair facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology, capable of fixing even the most severe damage. There were living quarters for the crew, complete with recreation areas, mess halls, and even a small park.

But perhaps the most impressive feature of Naval base Jupiter was its defense systems. The base was equipped with a network of automated turrets, missile launchers, and energy shields, capable of repelling any potential threat. It was a fortress, a symbol of the Empire's commitment to protecting its interests and ensuring the safety of its citizens.

[Congratulations! You have leveled up. ]

[Congratulations! You have passed Level 20. Something new has been added to the system. As you level up in the future, you'll gain access to more new stuff.]

As Alberto opens the system shop, he was immediately struck by the array of new installations and advanced weaponry. Among the most intriguing items was a Satellite Station.

Alberto read Satellite Station Overview

Description: The Satellite Station was a sophisticated orbital platform designed to provide strategic advantages in various scenarios. Equipped with advanced technology, it could monitor vast areas of space, relay communications, and even deploy weapons systems from orbit....

Alberto reads all about it in detail.

He examined the Satellite Station, he weighed its potential benefits against his current resources. The investment would require a significant amount of SC, but the strategic advantages it offered could turn the tide in future missions.

'Great But I will try them later. Now I should concentrate on building up the naval fleet.'

Alberto continues to buy ships.

He first bought an aircraft carrier spent three billion.

[You have purchased your first aircraft carrier. What name would you like to give it? Or the system will randomly select its name.]

Hmm. Since this is my first ship, I should give it a name.

Alberto then purchased another aircraft carrier.

USS Gerald R. Ford

However, he renamed it BNS Gerald R. Ford.

Alberto buys more ships.

He spends about twenty five billion to buy his vessels. Since his country was on an island. So he strengthened the navy.

Alberto summon ninety thousand personnel for the Navy. This influx of trained sailors, officers, and support staff would bolster his fleet and provide the manpower necessary to operate and maintain a formidable naval presence. He envisioned a multi-faceted navy that could engage in various operations, from defense to exploration and expansion.
