Everyone always said that i would become the next king, but i didn't belive that, i don't even have that much mana, but they always told me that i would have awakened my powers when the actual king died.

I only awakened one power, and that was to control gravity, it's strong but i don't have enough mana to use it properly, but i still liked it.

One day, the king came to my school and asked to see me, he wanted to see if i was strong enough to be king, and in that moment i thought, what is a king?

The only purpose of a king is being strong to protect their reign, but did they really protect the reign?

They didn't do anything if not sending common people to war and watch them die. i lost my older brother, he was a prodigy, he was good at everything but one day he died in war, we still don't know who or what killed him.

Even if only 9 reigns remained the fact that a king can't be contradicted in any way didn't change, no one could stand up to the king, because he would just kill them as every king do, but our king was different he liked to play.

We live in the smallest reign, the "old reign", we are called like this because we are the oldest reigns beetwen the one that survived the apocalipse. we don't know what the apocalipse is but my grandpa told me it was caused by a blue lightning.
