*Highschool DXD world*

A suit of almost robotic looking armor flew away from the town that was being swallowed up by a black fog. In the suit's arms was a woman with crimson red hair. She had tears falling from her blue eyes, she watched in horror as the place she called home was being devoured by the black fog. 

"BOOST!" A loud gruff voice exited the armor as its speed increased.

"Rias, I-I know we're gonna make it through this, and when we do we'll get everyone back.." The boy from inside the armor—Issei Hyoudo—said his words giving off a fake confidence not even he believed his words, he sounded so close to breaking, on the verge of tears.

"Don't don't say that! You know we're gonna die! You know that everyone is dead!! I can't feel them, they're gone." She yelled at the red helmet covering his face, her voice breaking as she did. 

"Rias I-" Issei tried to talk but his words were cut off by a voice inside his head

"Partner, she's right. I have no idea what that fog is but it's getting faster. You're running out of energy and places to run."

"So what? Are you saying I should just give up!?" He questioned angrily, he didn't want to die, he didn't want to lose Rias like he lost everyone else, he didn't want to disappoint Rias again. 

"No…just to enjoy the little time you have left with your lady, take off your helmet, meet her eyes and keep each other warm in what is probably your last moments."

"…Okay," Issei did as the advice said and took off his helmet. His brown eyes that were now red from his tears stared into Rias's blue ones that were also a little red from her tears. Rias gave a weak smile and cupped his face with her hands that looked so small at the moment. She leaned toward his face and kissed him one last time.

"I love you Issei Hyoudou❤️" A smile swept across her face

"I love you too, Rias Gremory❤️" He smiled and kissed her, the two were then swallowed by the black fog and died.

*one piece world*

"Franky, we need to use the Coup de burst!" Nami yelled in the direction of the cyborg behind the wheel. 

"Roger, Nami." Franky yelled, pressing a button on the wheel to activate the amazing emergency acceleration device. The back of the thousand Sunny began to eject a stream of air that blasted them off into the sky. Looking behind them Nami saw that the endless black fog was still following them.

"We need to ditch any useless weight!" She yelled down to the crew. Who all began to scatter around the boat throwing off everything they found useless. "Don't even think about it you two!" Nami yelled down at Zoro and Sanji who were eyeing each other thinking about throwing the other off. They knew they could easily get back on the boat even if it was in the air so they thought about it until Nami yelled at them. Running around and getting rid of a handful of things Brook joked as he threw off an empty dresser.

"I fear that the fear of death has put us in a grave situation. Yohohohoho!" The boat landed on the water again and Franky yelled

"Lets go Sunny, ship bottom rabbit screw!!" On the bottom of the boat a barrel with bunny ears appeared held by two robot arms that turned on and was a propeller. The ship began to pick up pace, having Franky give the rabbit screw full power. "Super!" 

"Woo-hoo! Hey Sanji, go cook us up a victory snack." Luffy asked, rubbing his stomach.

"We're not in the clear yet you idiot!" Nami yelled pointing back to the black fog that was still on their tail.

"I don't get it, why can't we just punch it?"

"You can't punch fog you idiot!"

"Heh Luffy you're such an idiot, let me show you how it's done." Zoro said walking confidently over to the edge of the ship about to jump off, but a woman's hand sprouted from the edge of the boat and grabbed onto Zoro's ankle preventing him from jumping off.

"You also can't cut fog Zoro." Robin said throwing off a shark from the aquarium with her army of hands sprouted from her devil fruit. 

"Thank you Robin, but you can let that idiot jump off and die." Nami said with a dark look in her eyes.

"Ooh you're in trouble." Ussop said, hiding behind the mast of the ship. 

"Ussop get back to work." Nami yelled at him and he was already running off to lighten the load.

"Nami Swan~❤️What can I do to help?" Sanji twirled over to get work.

"You can get lost!" She said, punching him against the mast. 

"Ok, Nami Swan~❤️" Sanji said through his bruised face 

(A.N: Yes I know he can handle attacks from Queen but Nami's attacks are just built different.)

"Haa, Franky can we Coup de burst again?" Nami asked as the ship sailed away from the black fog that just seemed to be getting closer despite all their efforts. 

"We can in just a few." 

"I was afraid of that." She looked at the fog that was only a couple feet away from the ship and decided something, "Luffy!! Punch the fog!" yelling at Luffy who just gave his same characteristic smile and jumped up as his hair turned white and bounced around on top of his head.

"Shishishi, Gomu Gomu No"

*Kenichi the mightiest disciple world*

A whip came crashing onto the back of a young high school boy who was running with a rope around his waist. The rope connected to a tire where sitting on it was a man with brown hair that kinda stuck out to the sides and his eyes were clear like glass. He whipped the boy again telling him

"Run faster Kenichi. This is an opportunity to train." Akisama said as they surprisingly enough were out running the black fog that was ending worlds.

"We're gonna die!!" Kenichi yelled, running with iron balls chained to his ankles. 

"Haha, don't worry Kenichi. We'll be fine." Sasaki said as he ran beside them with a beer can in his hand.

"Sasaki-Sensei!!" Kenichi whined as they ran from the black fog closing in on them. Running with them was Shigure, Kensei, Apachai, and Hayato who carried in his arms an asleep Miu. 

"Now Shigure, I think you should jump as you run, really show off those legs." Kensei said, pulling out a camera and clicking it to get shots of Shigure's lower area. 

"..." Shigure stayed silent but swung her sword at Kensei as fast as a bullet, Kensei jumped in the air dodging her attack with ease. The two returned to running, the group ran until finally Hayato, who was ahead of all of them, stopped. And everyone else followed, stopping letting the black fog consume them.

*to love-Ru world*

Yuuki Rito ran through the halls of his school, chasing after him was a woman with long black hair and golden brown eyes, she was Kotegawa Yui. She was chasing after Rito due to one of his classic 'perverted incidents' happening and her witnessing him doing this began to chase him in the defense of all women he approached. They were so occupied in their usual antics that they didn't notice the black fog that consumed the school.

*Pet girl of sakurasou world*

"Sh-Shinna!! You have to put some clothes on!!" Sorata Kanda said blushing and covering his eyes as the girl before him—Mashiro Shiina—who was naked…again. Shinna put on a shirt and said

"Clothes, done." Her voice while graceful had a bit of a lazy tone to it. Sorata turned around his face still red from earlier and as he looked at Shinna's disheveled state it only became redder. Shinna had put on a white button up shirt haphazardly and hadn't even buttoned it, nor did she have anything else on other than the shirt. 

"Shinna!" Sorata yelled as the dormitory was consumed by a black fog.

*Testament of sister new devil world*

A blast came toward Mio Naruse and she was knocked back enough feet to begin to fall off the edge of the cliff. She thought that this was her end but her newly appointed brother ended up saving her. She thought she was saved until a black fog surrounded them.

*Highschool of the dead world* 

A group of students were gathered in the teachers office as they prepared to face the horde of zombies. They opened the door and ran right into the black fog.

*Someone's perspective*

This event would continue for countless worlds, any world that was considered 'anime' was consumed by the black fog. The reason for this was simple: There were too many worlds to keep track of. You see every single fictional world, whether it is well known or not is real. But the universe, despite people's words, is not infinite. Eventually, the amount of worlds in the universe becomes too much. So they get consumed by the black fog to get put into a new world where a lot of similar stories reside. For example, let's say that the world of 'Kaguya-sama love is war' gets consumed along with a handful of others, such as 'Ouran high school host club' and 'The Quintessential Quintuplets'. These worlds are similar enough to merge together peacefully and not cause any damage to the system the gods strive to protect. However let's say that when these worlds start to get more unique, well no problem just put in a little elbow grease and the worlds will work fine when they merge. BUT let's say that Someone who lets call Richard for obvious reasons. Is left in charge of the merging process for FIVE MINUTES!! And accidentally merges every single fictional world that fits under the description of 'Anime' and now you are left to clean up the mess, but the world is already falling apart. So what do you do? You send in the clean up crew, but wait they were laid off two weeks prior. So now you are working extreme overtime to fix a mistake you didn't make and in your extremely sleep deprived state you make a spur of the moment decision to leave everything in charge of a mortal that has knowledge of these worlds. Now you have to hope that this random mortal can actually do what you sent him to do. I'm so getting fired
