Brows creasing, Vanessa found herself reading the message one last time.
What the hell? She thought, confused by the message.
It was a threat, that much was obvious.
Who sent it? That was the question.
Now the answer to that question was vast. There for as Serene who she was sure would do more than anything to get back at her, Ethan, for ruining his reputation, Ruth, who was just pissed with her and the list could go on.
However, since the message was sent to her via text, she had a way to figure out the identity of the sender.
Clicking on the message, she searched for the phone number, but much to her disappointment, the number was private, preventing her from seeing the sender's details.
"Damn it!" She hissed, annoyed. This was a threat. A direct threat, and she had no idea who was behind it.
The person had been smart, hiding their identity, making sure she couldn't trace it back to them.
