Chapter 1 - A Normal Day

Alex Rene woke before dawn, the darkness outside mirroring his room. He rubbed the sleep from his eyes, yawned, and swung his legs over the side of the bed.

As he ran through the quiet streets, Alex passed by Iron Man posters plastered on billboards – "Stark Industries: Protecting Our Future." A small gathering of protesters caught his attention, holding signs that read "Mutants Are Monsters" and "Protect Human Rights."

Alex continued his run, his feet pounding the pavement. Another runner appeared beside him, matching his pace. The man was tall, with short, dark hair and a rugged build. Alex glanced over, noting the runner's calm expression and said "Morning",the runner returned the greeting "Morning to you too" and they continued their run.

As they approached the park, the other runner smoothly increased his speed, pulling ahead. Alex maintained his own pace, lost in thought.

After completing his run, Alex returned home.

After showering and dressing, Alex headed to Midtown Science High School.

In biology class, Alex spotted his classmate Peter Parker slipping in late, a faint scratch on his cheek.

At lunchtime, Alex sat alone in the cafeteria, reading a programming book. Nearby, Ned Leeds and Peter Parker chatted.

Ned showed Peter his phone screen. "Dude, have you seen these videos? Spider-Man saved people from those Hammer drones at the Stark Expo incident."

Peter glanced up. "Yeah, I saw it."

Ned leaned in. "That was insane! Spider-Man just showed up and took down those drones."

Peter nodded as ned continued. "These events are happening more and more like how can normal people deal with super villains "

Peter raised an eyebrow. "Supervillains?"

Ned nodded. "Yeah, supervillains. There are already three – Abomination, Whiplash, and that mutant guy, Magneto."

"Do you think Spider-Man is also a mutant?" Ned asked.

Peter shrugged. "I don't think so... maybe, who knows?"

Alex tuned out the conversation, focusing on his book.

After lunch, Alex walked home, lost in thought, reflecting on the Spider-Man videos circulating online. The crisp afternoon air filled his lungs as he strolled through the quiet neighborhood streets of Queens.

As he entered his house, Alex dropped his backpack on the floor and settled into his favorite chair, booting up his laptop.

He spent the afternoon working on his personal project – a news aggregation website, "Global Pulse," aimed at tracking and analyzing breaking news, trends, and emerging threats worldwide.

Alex's fingers flew across the keyboard, coding and testing, completely absorbed. The sun began to set, casting an orange glow through the window.

His feed streamed updates from major news outlets, blogs, and social media platforms.

On his "Global Pulse" dashboard:

- A map tracked superhero sightings and battles.

- A ticker displayed real-time updates on Stark Industries' projects.

- A section monitored mutant-related news and controversies.

Alex wanted to stay informed about the shifting global landscape. Superheroes, supervillains, and advanced technologies were redefining the world.

His phone buzzed, breaking the silence. "Hey, Alex, it's Cindy. I missed bio today, can I get your notes?" Alex smiled, typing: "Sure, I'll send them over."

Later, Alex took a break and opened his writing project on "Fictional Reality." He poured his thoughts onto the digital page:

"As I lay in bed, my life seemed troubled. The city outside was changing, and I was just trying to keep up. Superheroes and supervillains, once fiction, now headlined the news. I wondered if anyone else felt like me – stuck in the middle, uncertain about tomorrow."

Alex ended the chapter, titled "A Normal Day," and clicked submit.

As he leaned back, his phone's screen flickered unexpectedly. A sudden, intense current surged through his body. Alex's eyes widened, and he fell unconscious, the darkness enveloping him like a shroud, The screen of his phone went black.

Note: Suggest F-rank powers, knowledge, or experiences for Alex. Higher ranks (E+) will require task completion. By choosing a task, Alex will have to forfeit free selection for that cycle, each cycle will be 2-3 chapters,oh and someone commented about items so now you can also gift him items same rank requirement though if you give him something above F rank it requires a quest/task/mission whatever you want to call it.

....you can even tell this note to the mc btw he won't be given any information on his system, oh and i chosse your comments to show him so maybe praise me little in them hehehe.
