Before Keroli could make sense of anything, he was already standing under the waterfall.
The moment the icy water touched him, he began to feel dizzy. He truly thought he was going to die. But then, a flood of memories rushed into his mind.
Slowly, one by one, he started recalling everything—every moment he had spent with Helek and details of his previous life.
For 15 minutes, he just sat there under the waterfall. As soon as all the memories came flooding back into his mind, he looked around.
The moment he spotted Helek, he ran toward him and leapt onto him. Helek immediately realized that all of Keroli's memories had returned.
"Helek, I'm sorry it took me so long to come to you," Keroli said, kissing Helek's face. Helek, in turn, lifted Keroli into his arms and spun him around in the air.
