Chapter (unknown)- Zora-The kingdom of life
Chapter (unknown) Mystery: The Tale of Zora
Long ago, Zora, a peaceful chief and explorer, discovered a miraculous tree glowing with divine light deep in a hidden forest. It healed him of a deadly plague and became the foundation of the City of Life, a paradise where sickness, aging, and death were unknown.
The city's perfection endured for millennia, until Sina, an ambitious adventurer, exposed it to the outside world. As Zora had feared, the revelation led to greed, division, and ultimately, war. Overpopulation, betrayal, and conflict corrupted the sanctuary, leading to Sina's final act of vengeance. She set the tree ablaze, unleashing the ashes of mana into the world—birthing magic and cursing humanity with its power.
The final fate of Zora, Sina, and the City of Life is shrouded in uncertainty. Zora's last words foretold a grim destiny: humanity's descent into chaos, with magic as its ultimate undoing.
Three questions remain:
1. What forced humanity underground before Zora's time?
2. What truly happened after the tree's destruction?
3. Is the doom Zora predicted still inevitable?
The shadows of these truths linger, etched into the Codex Sanctus Umbra.
