"Now, open the book to the next section, it should show you the technique to properly absorb the blood of your enemies to strengthen your Middle Dantian. But for now, you shall use the excess energy from the throne to at least formulate it."
"With your current physique and strength, you should be capable of handling the backlash of creating it so soon. But be warned, this does cause you immense physical pain."
Yin Lian wasn't in the mood to listen to the Will's warnings right now, she only wanted to get revenge, or at least fent her frustrations on the unsuspecting wildlife of the forest outside.
But that had to come after she had finished creating her Middle Dantian and then progressing to the next cultivation realm.
She opened the page to the next section, which was all about a technique called "Blood Fuelling".
The description of the technique stated that it required blood to use. But there was no blood around her for her to use.
Unless…
Looking back behind her, and all around her really, she saw the vibrant shine coming off of the crystal throne, which had a glowing bloody hue to it.
'Is all of this made out of blood?' She thought to herself as she came to realise what exactly she was sitting upon.
Shaking her head, she decided not to think about it and continued reading about the technique.
The technique was divided into three steps. The first was the absorption of the blood. The second, concentrating on making it flow through one's Meridians. And the final step required you to then channel all the energy into your Upper Dantian.
This technique was designed and perfected so that it would be usable for practically anyone, but it worked at its most efficient when one had the Crimson Heart of Vengeance Meridian. The Asura Meridian.
And Yin Lian had all the necessary things to perfect this technique. At least she thought she did. If she was right, then this throne was indeed made out of blood, and she had the Asura Meridian.
Those were the two most vital things right now. And she had them.
Taking a deep breath, Yin Lian closed her eyes and focused her mind on drawing the energy from the throne into her body.
Which she found extremely easy to do.
It was almost second nature to her, like breathing. She did it nearly subconsciously. And absorbing that energy into herself would likely be the easiest thing she would have to do out of this whole process.
Because now that the energy was inside of her, she had to now circulate it through each and every Meridian. From her Yin Physique's Meridian, along the path in which she opened all one hundred and eight, and finally through the Asura Meridian.
After everything had been filtered through the Meridians, it was time to open her Middle Dantian using the energy that she had been gathering and was still slowly gathering and circulating so that she could provide more energy if needed.
Yin Lian then began to formulate her Middle Dantian as per the instructions of the manual. Building it up like it was a living organism made of the blood energy.
She created the outer shell like flesh, the wall like muscles and the thing holding it all together like bones, which was the most difficult thing since creating something bone-like out of blood was inconceivable.
But it wasn't impossible. And with her surprising and frankly unnatural affinity for Blood, Yin Lian was able to create blood bones surprisingly easy.
The way she did it was just by turning the energy used back into the crystal it came from. Or that was her line of thinking at least.
Ultimately there was no right or wrong way to do this specific step, only how well you could do it.
And Yin Lian was doing it perfectly. Somehow.
The Will could see what she was doing, but it didn't understand how. 'Unless…'
What the Will didn't know, was that Yin Lian had resonated with the Dao of Blood at some point during her time here.
Be it from the creation of her Asura Meridian, simply being near the throne to cultivate so much, some other factor or all of them at once.
Either way, at some point, she awakened an affinity for the Blood Dao, and that was partly the reason she was unconsciously absorbing the Blood energy resonating off of the throne.
And this blood energy was the purest form of energy, or Blood Qi as it was actually called, was the best thing for anyone that needed Blood of any kind.
Hell, it could even recreate Bloodlines whether they existed or not. New one's could be made, extinct one's could be reborn and unique one's could be made common if you had enough of this Blood Qi.
But Bloodlines were not the only thing one could do with this unique form of Qi. Like what Yin Lian was doing, you could also use it as the foundation of your Middle Dantian, which represented one's physical strength and body.
Using this technique would allow one to open their Middle Dantian early, and continual usage of it would allow them to strengthen their body even more, making it much more durable.
It could be done with things other than blood, but generally blood is the best thing to use in this case, for this reason.
With all that in mind, not in Yin Lian's mind of course, she was able to fully formulate her Middle Dantian in around an hour of blood sweat and tears.
The little girl collapsed from exhaustion, as this was the most tiring thing that she had ever done in her life so far.
Not even the constant swinging and swirling of weapons when she was deciding which one she wanted.
She didn't even receive any harm from sitting still for nearly a year and a half because opening her Meridians invigorated her body all the same as if she had exercised.
This exhaustion was perhaps a little too much for her to handle, as she promptly fell asleep not even a minute later atop the throne.

A few hours later, Yin Lian woke up once more inside the dully decorated Inheritance. She found herself slumped up against one of the arms with a pillow and a blanket over her. The same one she had slept with for the past year and a half.
She wondered why she woke up with it with her atop the throne, she didn't remember picking it up to sleep on the throne. In fact, she didn't even remember what she did before she fell asleep. But she knew it was important, whatever it was.
Groggily, she sat up and rubbed her forehead, feeling tired despite the fact that she had just awakened.
"Ugh..." She groaned as she got down from the throne, her pillow and blanket in hand and walked around to the back of the throne, which was where she slept normally.
As she set up her sleeping spot back to normal, she prepared to go to sleep once again, but was interupted by the voice of the Will.
"Sleeping more won't help you now."
Yin Lian was startled and jumped in shock as she wasn't prepared for the Will to speak up all of a sudden.
Recovering from the surprise words of the Will, she became angered by its meddling. She was tired and wasn't exactly in the mood to listen to it.
But before she could spout her thoughts, the Will explained the reasoning behind what it said.
