Chapter 2 - An old acquaintance.

"Ah. who is this?" Kelvin asked directly looking over at Jung Minho.

"My doctor. No need to cause trouble." At this point the old man was seemingly angry but still remained calm. Dealing with the man in front of him might leave him bedridden for a month. In other words, the chairman's health is very bad __but manageable

"Hello." Minho stood up and stretched his hand forward for a handshake. "I'm Jung Minho, Old Master Kim's doctor." Kelvin just stared at his face and then back to the outstretched hand in front of him.

'why does he keep staring! Does he have OCD?' were the thoughts in Minho's head. The situation suddenly became awkward with Minho's hand still stretched out and Kevin's stare. After a while, he put his hand down.

"Nice to meet you." Minho said. "Can't you not act rude towards someone you just met?". Chairman really didn't like Kevin's attitude just now and could only refute.

"Nice to meet you too, doctor Minho." Kelvin said with a straight face, this time extending him hand which Minho took. "Now what do you want that you had to come and disturb my peace. I dislike seeing your face" chairman said.

"I have a resemblance to you. Wouldn't that mean you hate your face too?" Kelvin retorted.

Minho just stood watching the scene in front of him. Chairman and Kelvin glaring daggers at each other. He felt awkward to be standing in a room doing nothing but watching two people, a generation apart, arguing. "I'll take my leave now chairman, if you don't mind." Minho knew better than spending one more minute in that room.

Chairman gave an audible sigh. "Of course, of course."

"I'll be leaving then." Then Minho turned to look at Kelvin. "Goodbye Mr. Kim." Then he walked to the door and left. Once outside, he breathed a sigh of relief.

"Isn't that your little boyfriend?" Kelvin asked.

"What nonsense. Minho and I have a pure relationship, it is you who sees dirty." Chairman retorted.

"You're old now, how do you even still have the charm to attract someone that young? I must learn from you... Grandfather"

The old man was boiling with rage the his face turned white and red. It took a lot of self control not to raise his cane on the arrogant man in front of him.

"I was busy before you came, so come and finish the game with me... Or get out." Mr. Kim said.

"You shouldn't be so hard on people, it would back fire. I brought back supplements from the country side just for you. It would also be useless if I don't lift your mood so I'll stay a little longer." Kelvin said. "Fine."

_Kim Company_

Kelvin walked into the office with his back straight. He is an impeccable offspring of the Kim family. He succeeded his grandfather. His father didn't inherit the company after chairman because, he wasn't as good as the chairman needed. The company was supposed to be passed down each generation naturally but it skipped Kevin's dad. So did their genius brain. Now Kelvin handles more than half of the company.

As Kelvin walked in, Liam, his personal assistant walked in behind him. "Look into the person surnamed Jung. I want every possible information on him." Kelvin said sitting on his rotatable chair.

"Yes sir." With a bow, Liam left the office room.

Kelvin stood and walked to the floor to ceiling window and looked down at the tiny people below him.

"After all these years." He muttered

_Seoul University Hospital_

"Professor, you're back."

"That was the quickest visit to chairman... Like ever." Said the nurses at the front desk in the hospital.

Minho dropped a bag of snacks on the table in front of them as if to say 'this is for you'. "Yes, he had company later and I had to leave earlier than planned." Minho said to the nurses.

"Uh. You must be stressed out from all that driving. I think your schedule was cleared. You should probably rest." Said a concerned nurse.

"Thank you nurse Anna. I will." Minho replied. The nurse nodded shyly.

With that, Minho went back to his office. He was tired and needed rest. He wouldn't deny the fact. His team has been busy for four days straight and he was just rounding up some work of numerous dissertations when the chairman's call came in.

It was almost closing time when Liam came back with the work he was assigned to.

He walked in to the office where Kelvin had his back to the door reading some documents.

"Sir, here's what you asked for." Liam said dropping the file on the desk.

Kelvin turned around and picked it up. A smirk playing on his lips as he flipped through the pages.

"It is you." He said.
