The name is Sam and I am the worlds only centurion mercenary. I was born in 1896 , I never knew my parents mostly cause I was an orphan for the first 18 years of my life . Life as an orphan in the 1800's was not that great but I survived which is basically the story of my life. 

When WW1 happened I enlisted cause I wanted glory and riches. I never really knew the reality of war at that time but after that? Oh I knew war, I knew war far too well. WW1 was absolute utter hell no two ways about it. It was not fights between glorious heroes in that war rather it was children surviving in hell. 

After WW1 I tried going back to a civilian life but you can take out the soldier out of the war not the other way around. I started working as a mercenary since then, I have fought in WW2 , Vietnam, Korea and even had a stint in the middle East. I genuinely forgot how many wars I have survived and fought.

In the end it was not war that killed me it was a virus. I survived to 128 to die to a virus. In the end not even death could stop me.
