Sapnap was stuck there. its been three days. but it didn't feel like it. it felt like it was only 2 hours why wasnt this poison passing already!? sapnap was still laying under the blankets, having had dragged a few more. he was cold. he wasn't supposed to be cold. and that annoyed him. Why was he cold?
Sapnap huffed, cuddling closer into the blankets
sapnap didn't get why he was so cold and tired. he hated it honestly, he was still laying in bed. still thinking of that kiss.. why was he being hunted? and what did quackity mean by the hunt and struggle? and why didn't he tell his dad!?
sapnap sat up.wrapping one of the bigger blankets around him and he went to the balcony. true to skeppys words, the vines were cut down and sapnap couldn't get to them. sapnap tried to see if he could find quackity. to get an idea how much longer he had.. he couldn't find any traces of the troops. so sapnap went and laid in bed.
he didn't know how much longer he had until that troop got there. might as well lay and rest then.
sapnap laid there. he was getting restless. he wanted to do something! he got up. and tried the door
locked. like always. sapnap slammed his palm against the door before trudging on over to his bed. covering in even more blankets
many many miles away. skeppy was having a meeting. the essempis have invaded the badlands. and with bad already fighting the far away war, skeppy was the only Royal current rulling. he was invited to meet with the general in charge of the attack on the badlands. skeppy sighed rubbing his temples as he thought about what the essempis could possible want.
skeppy looked up. and out at the terrain. he couldn't believe he was doing this. the carriage stopped infront of a tent of green and gold. skeppy got out of the carriage. looking at the war torn scenery. it was bad and made skeppy feel sick. but he powered through. as he walked in, he saw the general.
he was tall, clearly well disciplined but very muscular His armor was ornate, shining with emerald and gold accents, yet scarred with scratches and dents that told the story of countless battles. his face was sharp and hardened.a thick scar ran from his temple down to his chin, a stark white line that bisected his tanned skin.
His eyes were the most unsettling feature, a piercing green that seemed to see through people, calculating and predatory.his hair, dark chestnut in color, was pulled back into a tight braid, black streaked with silver, the only outward sign of his age. A faint smirk played on his lips, one that didn't reach his eyes. His hands, gloved in dark leather, rested on the pommel of a sword sheathed at his side. The hilt was decorated with the same vine-and-thorn motif, but the blade's sharpness was unmistakable.
"king of diamonds. nice to meet your acquaintance. we have plenty of things to discuss."
"I'm sure" Skeppy did not sound enthusiastic and instead sounded bored. "lets get on with it"
the two sat down. and Skeppy listened as the general spoke.
"now. I wont waste time on pleasantries. we want your eastern territories and the people who come with it. your title and the rest of your kingdom remains."
"what!? I'm not giving you my kingdom!"
"we didn't say yet what would happen if you refused. you would be wise to let us continue first."
skeppy bit his tounge. unhappy but he would listen to why the essempi would try and get him to give their kingdom to them.
"don't comply. and the prince fo flames ming not have the flames title much longer"
"don't you DARE hurt my son!"
the general just chuckled a menacing laugh.
"too late. we're in the castle already."
skeppys eyes widened. before getting up and rushing, he got in the carriage and they sped off. he needed to go make sure sapnap was okay!!
