Chapter 16 - Shattered Loyalties

"Samuel told me what happened," she

said, her voice firm. "I'm ready for you."

Andre nodded and stepped out of the

car, followed by Leo and Luck. They all

walked towards the villa entrance, where

Hana was waiting for them. She was

shocked to see Samuel, who was always

so calm and enjoying with her now

looked like a devil himself.

"Samuel, what's going on?" she asked,

her voice trembling with fear.

But Samuel didn't respond. He simply

pulled out Vincent from the car and

dragged him towards the basement.

"Hana, stay inside," Natasha called out

as she followed Samuel and his friends

down into the basement.

Hana nodded, her eyes fixed on

Samuel's back as he disappeared into

the darkness. She knew that something

was very wrong.

Samuel pulled out a flashlight and shone

it on Vincent's face. "You're going to pay

for what you did," he growled, his eyes

blazing with fury.

Vincent looked up at him, his eyes wide

with fear. He knew that he was in grave

danger.

The scene was one of darkness and fear,

with violence hanging heavy in the air.

Hana stood frozen, her eyes wide with

fear as she watched Samuel drag

Vincent into the basement. She couldn't

believe what she was seeing - the calm

and collected man she loved was now a

monster. She didn't dare to speak, didn't

dare to move. She just stood there, her

heart pounding in her chest.

Down in the basement, Samuel's rage

was unrelenting. He kicked and beat

Vincent with no mercy, his eyes blazing

with fury. The other men didn't dare to

intervene, knowing that Samuel was

beyond reason.

Just as Samuel was about to deliver the

final blow, Natasha appeared between

them, her eyes flashing with anger.

Samuel stopped, his chest heaving with

rage. For a moment, he looked like he

was going to strike out at Natasha, but

then he seemed to remember

something. He stepped back, his eyes

never leaving Vincent's face.

Natasha turned to Samuel. "We need to

know why he did this," she said, her

voice firm.

Vincent, still tied to the chair, started to

laugh. "You took two years to figure out

who the villain was," he coughed up

blood. "Samuel... Samuel... what do you

think who had supplied the drugs two

years back?"

Samuel's face twisted with anger as a

flashback flooded his mind. He

remembered the good times they had

shared as friends, forming their gang

and making plans for the future. He

remembered the day he told them that

drugs would not be supplied in their

gang. But then, one day, he found out

that someone was supplying drugs on

his name. He thought it was someone

else, but then it was revealed that it was

Andre who had done it.

Andre had cried out, telling Samuel that

he didn't do it. But Vincent had shown

him fake photos of Andre with a drug

supplier. Samuel had believed Vincent,

and from that day on, they had been

enemies.

The group had been forced to separate,

and their friendship had been torn apart.

Back in the present, Samuel's anger

boiled over again. He remembered

everything that had happened, and his

fury reached new heights. But Natasha

kept stopping him, her hands grasping

his arms.

"No more," she said firmly. "We need to

know why he did this."

Samuel took a deep breath, his eyes still

blazing with anger. But he nodded

slowly, his mind racing with thoughts of

revenge.

"Tell me," he growled at Vincent.

Vincent's eyes gleamed with a mixture

of malice and calculation as he looked

up at Samuel. "You know, Samuel, I've

been waiting for this moment for a long

time," he said, his voice dripping with

sarcasm. "I've got a business proposition

for you."

Samuel's anger boiled over, and he

leaned down, his eyes blazing with fury.

"Tell me why you did this," he snarled.

Vincent's smile grew wider. "Oh, I think

I'll tell you why I did it. But first, let me

make you an offer. You see, I've been

keeping tabs on your enemies, Samuel.

I've got all the dirt on them, all the

secrets they think are safe. And I'm

willing to give it all to you... if you spare

my life."

Samuel's grip on Vincent's collar

tightened even more. Vincent's eyes

widened in fear as he realized his

mistake. He had underestimated

Samuel's rage, and now he was paying

the price.

Samuel's face twisted with a mix of

anger and pain as he looked at Vincent.

He could feel his heart racing, his breath

coming in short gasps.
