The novel titled Hope in Another World has been dropped.
The reason?
I just couldn't take it anymore. At first, the premise of this story was quite good, with a setting centered around the revival of spiritual energy. Unfortunately, the main character was utterly repulsive to me.
The protagonist is nothing more than a playboy who thinks with his lower half. He's incredibly shallow, constantly scheming to sleep with the heroines he encounters, even using a succubus-style master-slave contract to force them into submission.
There's no real plot development; the protagonist briefly stays in the Main World before rushing off to other worlds, where he begins seducing and sleeping with the heroines he meets.
I'm sorry, but I really dislike this type of protagonist. The heroines' feelings of love for him are far too shallow and feel excessively forced.
Stay tuned for another novel to take its place.
