The jungle erupted into chaos. Luna and Shura dashed through the dense foliage, their breaths ragged as they wove through the labyrinth of trees and vines. Behind them, shouts and the unmistakable crackle of magic tore through the air.
"You call this a clean escape?" Shura shouted, clutching the artifact as he vaulted over a fallen log.
Luna shot him a glare over her shoulder, her eyes narrowed. "Do you ever stop complaining?"
"Only when I'm dead," Shura retorted, ducking as a bolt of fire singed the air above him. "Which might be sooner than planned!"
