Chapter 21 - Be my girlfriend**

Chapter 21

Natasha's jaw practically hit the floor. Take a shower together? Seriously? She'd never done anything like that before. It was way too... intimate. And besides, they weren't even lovers. No way. Absolutely not.

"I... uh... I..." she stammered, searching for words that didn't exist.

But Drogen didn't bother waiting for her response. In one smooth motion, he scooped her up into his arms like it was the most natural thing in the world. Natasha froze, her mind short-circuiting. She wasn't tiny, but she wasn't exactly big either—just average, like any other girl. Still, he carried her like she weighed nothing.

Before she could protest, the world blurred around them, and in the blink of an eye, they were in the bathroom. He set her down gently in the tub, his movements careful, almost tender.

Natasha's heart skipped a beat. She wasn't used to this—being handled with such care. Her cheeks burned, and no matter how hard she tried to suppress it, a flutter of excitement bubbled up inside her. He didn't love her, she knew that. But still, it felt... nice.

Drogen leaned over to turn on the tap, his intense gaze never leaving her. It was like he couldn't get enough of her. Natasha swallowed hard, trying not to notice the tension radiating off him. And then there was that. Oh, God. He was still very much... in need.

Once the tub was filled, Drogen cupped his hands to scoop up the warm water, letting it cascade over her skin. His touch was deliberate, yet impossibly gentle, his fingers gliding over her as he washed her with care. Natasha felt her breath hitch as his hands moved over her, igniting sparks wherever they lingered.

When his palm brushed over her chest, his touch became firmer, his hand wrapping around her perfectly rounded boobs. He teased her sensitive peak, a slow, deliberate squeeze that sent shivers racing through her. A soft whimper escaped her lips, unbidden, her body betraying her to the unexpected wave of pleasure.

He leaned forward, capturing her lips in a deep, lingering kiss. She responded instinctively, her lips parting to welcome him, their breaths mingling as the world around them seemed to fade away. The once silent bathroom was now filled with the soft, passionate sounds of their kisses, a rhythm that spoke of unspoken desire and longing.

As their kisses deepened, his free hand moved to ease the ache building within him. His fingers wrapped around his c.o.c.k, seeking some relief from the relentless tension. Against her lips, he whimpered softly, his groans escaping between their heated breaths, the raw need in his voice sending a shiver down her spine.

A loud groan escaped him as the wave of release crashed over him, leaving his body trembling and his breath unsteady. He rested his head against her shoulder, his chest rising and falling as he tried to catch his breath. A contented smile played on his lips, the tension that once gripped him now replaced with a calm, satisfied warmth.

"Damn," he groaned against her neck, his breath uneven. He needed to leave, needed to get away before he lost control. She was just too irresistible.

"I can... finish the rest," she murmured, her voice low with promise. He understood immediately, and without a word, he nodded and stood up to retreat to the bathroom, the other one in his room. The moment he left her side, a wave of frustration hit him. That woman was dangerous, more than he ever anticipated.

He tried to convince himself it was her emotions messing with his, that it was her vulnerability and desire that made him want her so damn much.

Natasha buried her face between her knees, her breath shallow as she struggled to steady herself. It wasn't just that she was falling for him—she couldn't resist him. He had awakened desires in her that she hadn't even known were there, stirring something deep inside her that she couldn't ignore. Every touch, every glance, made her feel seen, wanted—special. And now, as her heart twisted with a longing she couldn't shake, she realized she wanted more than just this fleeting connection. She wanted him, all of him, in a way that terrified her. The reality of what they were—a dangerous game—hung over her, but it didn't stop her from wishing things could be different, wishing he could be more than just a passing moment in her life.

Once she finished her shower, she stepped out of the tub, wrapping herself in a soft bathrobe, and made her way to the sitting room, Drogen was nowhere in sight, which led her to believe he was still in the bathroom.

Her mind, however, wasn't so quiet. It kept replaying the intense moment that had just unfolded on the couch, leaving her wondering, what were they now? They definitely weren't lovers since it was one sided. So, were they some kind of… pleasure-only arrangement? Whatever their relationship was, she was willing to stay by his side for as long as he was still interested.

She gathered up their clothes, which were scattered in a chaotic mess across the floor, and made her way to the laundry room, tossing them into the washing machine. When she returned, she found Drogen stepping out of his room, now dressed in his usual dark, bicker attire. It was a look he only wore when preparing for a mission.

"Are you leaving?" she asked, trying to keep her voice casual, so she wouldn't sound clingy.

"I've got another mission," he replied, his tone curt, yet oddly softer than usual.

"Alright... umm... good luck," she added, her voice low and hesitant. She wasn't sure what else to say.

But instead of walking past her, Drogen closed the distance between them and pulled her into a tight hug. He inhaled deeply, his chest pressing against hers as he took in her fresh, soap-scented skin.

"Would you be here when I get back?" he asked, his voice unusually soft.

Natasha hesitated, biting her lip. "Umm, my mom's been wondering why I've been staying out these past few days... she's starting to think I've got a boyfriend. I don't know how to explain things to her, so I need to head back home."

Drogen's eyes darkened with an unreadable expression. "Then tell her you do."

"But I don't," she said, furrowing her brows.

"I can be your boyfriend, Nat. Would you be my girlfriend?" His words hit her like a jolt of electricity. Her heart skipped a beat—did she hear that right, or was she just imagining things?
