Christine took a deep breath, clutching her bag tightly. She turned first, taking two steps toward the exit, then stopped. Biting her lip, she glanced around, closed her eyes, and turned back, walking toward the inner office.
She didn't know if she was making the right choice, nor what would happen from now on. She only knew that her family... was worth risking everything for.
