Delhi Airport, between 2-3 PM. Two men were standing in front of an airplane. One man's hands were tied, while the other looked like a detective. "Trin-Trin," the detective's phone rang.
It turned out to be just a dream. The man woke up and, after taking a shower, started putting on his police uniform.
"I am Inspector Narad. Although I wanted to become a detective, I had to become a policeman due to my father's insistence, and my dream was shattered."
With a kick, the bike started. "I could have been a good detective," Narad thought to himself. Just then, he received a call.
**"Yes, sir, I'll be there soon,"** Narad said nervously.
After some time, Narad reached a building. As he entered, he met many police officers, greeting them all respectfully before sitting down on a chair.
**"Inspector Narad, you were lucky today that the CM was delayed,"** the Commissioner said in a stern voice.
Just then, the screen in front of them turned on, and the CM asked them to sit down and started the meeting. The atmosphere in the room was serious, and tension was visible on everyone's faces.
**"I will get straight to the point. As you all know, the crime rate has decreased in the past few months. This is a good thing, but also serious because it is happening out of fear,"** the CM said, taking a breath before continuing. **"Nowadays, criminals are dying, being murdered. Every second or third day, a criminal is dying. This might be the work of some organization."**
**"No, sir,"** Narad interrupted before the CM could finish his sentence. The Commissioner tried his best to stop Narad, but the Chief Minister (CM) gave Narad a chance to speak. Narad stood up and said, "This is the work of a single person. I have spent hours and hours researching this case. Looking at previous cases, I can say that an organization doesn't work like this. If it were the work of an organization, the criminals would have been eliminated by now, with 2-3 murders happening in a day, not 2-3 days. Maybe he wants to become a messiah for the people, but he is nothing more than a killer. Sir, this is very complicated, but if I get your support, I will work on this case and bring the killer to your feet as soon as possible."
Narad said this with great enthusiasm, standing firm and breathing heavily. The meeting hall had become quite charged, and Narad had drawn everyone's attention to himself.
After much thought, the CM said, "Alright Narad, I am giving you this case, but if there is any delay, many people will be involved. This concerns the entire police force. You will get whatever help you need." With this, the CM ended the meeting.
Narad takes a deep breath and removes his helmet, but his mind is still occupied with what the Commissioner said to him after the meeting ended.
