Frank saw no need to stretch things out and simply decided to bite the bullet as he opened his mouth to speak, gritting his teeth together to stop himself from stuttering the words out. 'I lied! He hasn't been found yet!' He was prepared to say and had just opened his mouth to say those exact same words when he suddenly heard noises from behind him.
Where they stood was close to the main doors of the mansion, so the second they heard the noise of footsteps, both Frank and Cain turned to look as they heard loud voices right after.
"We found him! We found him!" a guard dashed in through the door, heading straight for them the second he spotted Frank and recognized Cain, who stood in front of him. The guard instinctively lowered his gaze to the floor as he moved closer and knelt down to greet them.
