Chapter 7 - 007 The vision of return!

---

**Asgard!**

Though it's one of the Nine Realms, this star region originally had nothing.

The current divine realm is simply the best location the Aesir gods found on the World Tree's energy node, and then they created a continent in space.

At a glance, it looks like a pearl floating in the dark universe!

**Inside the Palace of Asgard.**

Odin, dressed in golden armor, holding the Eternal Spear, and wearing a war helmet.

His gaze seemed to pierce through the void, landing on a cold, dark corner, with a serious expression.

A raven's beak was moving constantly on his left shoulder, seemingly speaking.

The raven on his right shoulder was nowhere to be seen.

As time passed, Odin's face grew colder, showing undisguised disappointment.

Suddenly, he sighed deeply and muttered to himself:

"Wisdom, strength, strategy, foresight... none of it is visible."

"One is brainless, the other has little poor cleverness, is this Asgard's future?"

He suddenly remembered another figure but quickly shook his head.

Even if Ragnarok came, he must not interfere with that child!

That was the true hope of the Aesir gods!

After a while.

Whatever Odin saw made him shake his head in disappointment again, preparing to mount his eight-legged horse beside him.

In the Bifrost, many golden-armored guards were already waiting.

But at that moment, the universe suddenly lit up!

Odin looked up sharply, stunned.

It wasn't a light in space, but the brilliant light of a majestic, silver-white energy-constructed tree.

From Asgard, it almost obscured the entire sky!!

"This is... the World Tree manifesting!?"

Odin was stunned, his eyes filled with unhideable shock!

The World Tree exists beneath the real dimension.

Although it had manifested before, such a solid manifestation, clearly appearing in the real world, was the first time!

At this moment, almost all Asgardians looked up in shock, unable to believe what they were seeing!

**On Earth, at Kamar-Taj.**

The Ancient One, meditating, suddenly opened her eyes, and under the puzzled gaze of Master Hamir, she walked out to the veranda.

She looked up, her brow furrowed at the pure, clear blue sky, muttering to herself:

"This shouldn't be happening, why has the World Tree in Asgard's part manifested?"

"It's not yet time for Ragnarok."

But as the words fell, the Ancient One's eyes widened in disbelief!

As if she had seen something even more incredible!

A few seconds later, her expression returned to normal, but the trace of heaviness between her brows remained.

She stepped forward, and the moment her foot touched the ground, she was already in the library.

There was no need for the usual display in front of other wizards and apprentices of opening a portal with the Sling Ring.

Wong and Mordo were at a table discussing the feasibility of simplifying a magic array when they suddenly felt the light dim.

They looked up to see the Ancient One standing before them.

"Supreme Sorcerer." x2

Both stood up respectfully, speaking in unison.

The Ancient One nodded slightly and then said solemnly:

"I have to go out for a while. You two go to the temple and guard the node until I return."

"If you see even a hint of disturbance in the dimensional barrier, immediately activate the highest level of defense arrays, understood?"

The two had never seen the Ancient One with such a serious expression and quickly nodded emphatically to show they understood.

Until the Ancient One turned and disappeared, Wong and Mordo exchanged glances, seeing the astonishment and uncertainty in each other's eyes.

Wong couldn't help but speak up:

"What on earth happened? The Ancient One's expression is giving me the creeps."

He rubbed the goosebumps on his face vigorously as he spoke.

In his understanding, the Supreme Sorcerer's power was invincible, yet now she showed this expression, without much disguise.

This made him feel extremely uneasy.

Mordo took a deep breath to suppress his inner shock, then said solemnly:

"Something significant must have happened."

"But since the Supreme Sorcerer didn't say, it means we aren't qualified to know."

"Let's just fulfill our duties. Come on!"

Wong nodded:

"You're right, at least we shouldn't drag our feet."

With that, the two hurried to the temple, but their unease only grew.

....

**Asgard.**

The trunk of the World Tree became more solid, and the energy-laden branches began to sway as if blown by the wind.

But where would wind come from in space?

Odin, watching this scene, suddenly had an illusion.

This wasn't just swaying; the branches seemed to be waving like hands, welcoming something.

Welcoming?

He widened his eyes in shock, his heartbeat accelerating wildly!

At that moment, the space in the real world suddenly trembled, and then numerous platinum energy lines appeared in Asgard's sky.

They rapidly intertwined, forming a giant heavenly gate, etched with the World Tree's symbols, seemingly cast in silver!

With a thunderous roar!

The heavenly gate opened to both sides, pure white light pouring out, forming steps extending to the Bifrost.

The next second, an indistinguishable figure stepped out from within.

Asgard's barrier instantly revealed runes.

The grass on the ground trembled, and flowers swayed.

A cool breeze blew, carrying faint, joyful sounds.

At this moment, all the Asgardians looking up at the sky felt their souls trembling, and previously sealed memories shattered.

*Boom!*

In an instant, everyone knelt on one knee, their faces showing fervent expressions.

Odin, watching this scene, was moved to tears, abandoning all pretense of kingly dignity.

At this moment, he only knew that his youngest son had succeeded.

He had successfully ascended!

A thousand years had passed!

Asgard would welcome its true king!
