As Aliys and Misha arrived at the entrance of the cursed caves, they were greeted by an unsettling figure standing just outside. The man's appearance was completely unnatural—his body was entirely black, like he had been consumed by shadows. His eyes gleamed a bright, eerie purple, and two twisted antlers grew from his head. He didn't seem to notice the group at first, and the air around him felt charged with an unfamiliar energy.
Aliys narrowed her eyes, trying to gauge his power. She couldn't feel any immediate threat from him, but his presence alone was enough to make her uneasy. Her instincts told her that he wasn't from this planet—he didn't feel like any of the creatures they had fought before.
"Hey, Mr. Get out of our way, or I'll have to use force," Aliys called out, her tone sharp and commanding.
The man, however, didn't even acknowledge her presence. His gaze remained distant, as though lost in his own thoughts. Aliys, visibly angered by his disregard, repeated her words with more force.
"I said move. I don't have time to waste."
At that, the man turned his head slowly towards her. His purple eyes locked onto hers with a chilling intensity, and for a moment, Aliys felt a surge of pressure in the air. It was a look of pure malice—he was not intimidated by her, and his intent seemed clear. This was someone who was not afraid to fight.
The team behind Aliys, now more alert, began to sense the danger. They recognized that this man wasn't native to their world. His aura was entirely different—something alien, dark, and far too powerful to be ignored.
The woman in purple, who had been silently observing the situation, stepped forward. Her voice was calm but assertive as she addressed the strange figure.
"Excuse me, sir. May I know why you're here?" she asked, her words dripping with a mixture of politeness and caution.
The man, who had been silent until now, finally spoke. His voice was low, almost like a whisper, but it carried an undeniable weight.
"I am Raven," he said coldly. "A warrior, or you could say, an assassin on my planet."
Aliys' eyes narrowed even further. She didn't recognize the name, and the fact that he was from another planet only made the situation more dangerous. The tension in the air grew thicker as Raven's presence seemed to suck the very life out of the space around them.
"An assassin?" Aliys asked, barely hiding the skepticism in her voice. "From what planet?"
Raven didn't answer, and instead, he turned his gaze back to the cave entrance, seemingly uninterested in their questions. The group stood frozen, unsure of whether to attack or try to talk their way out of the encounter. But one thing was certain: Raven was not someone they could take lightly.
