I waited a few minutes and a knock came on my door it was a short, beautiful, young woman, with blue eyes, and pink messy hair that was tied up. Her clothes made her look like a modern-day kunoichi. In a gruff voice, she said, "Are you the one who called about the missing arm?", I of course said "Yes" and we talked business a little bit. She sowed my arm back up while we talked about my fight and how I must be strong to have beat the Horny battle clown. In the end, she said it would be 40 million Jenny for the right arm and another 5 million Jenny for stitching the cuts.
After seeing Machi's ability firsthand I decided I would make my own version along with the other hatsu I've been working on for when I get subordinates. I have been thinking of what I want to do in the future and I might become the chairman of the hunter association and possibly try and participate in the succession war as by that time I should be strong enough to cause chaos and kill all the rest of the princes.
But for now, I will focus on the present, and next on the to-do list is to become a floor master. The only question is which one will I challenge? I will challenge Kanjiru because he's the most annoying and stupid-looking floor master I know of.
So far the only ability I know from him is "Catfish Tendrils" where he shoots out tendrils from his mouth but in the movie, they were only strong enough to crack the floor so he should be relatively weak.
Considering the fact I just defeated Hisoka and somehow "Magicly" regrew an arm I now have a lot of fans and I'm getting pretty popular in the fighting world for being the first in a few years to challenge a floor master. Of course, it was a big event as I was a "novice" only being here for just over a year and already fighting a floor master.
When we finally got in the arena our names were called and after the announcer said begin I rushed Kanjiru and knocked him out with a shadow punch that was enhanced. Honestly half of these so-called "masters" are only a little bit stronger than all of Gido's gang combine which in the balance of this world combine is still viably weak compared to the level of top hitters like Hisoka and actual Nen masters.
Well, now that I'm a floor master I have some time to go around and lay around and focus on my hatsu until the Hunter exam. I might try recruiting people in the hunter exam as well.
The next place I'm going will be the "most diverse place in the world" Meteor City. It is a city located in Yorbia southwest of Heaven's Arena and decently close to York New City. In Meteor City I will try to forge allies and work on my newest ideas for hatsu.
As I am about halfway across the Gordeau Desert I'm finally having time to get concepts for what I want to do with my next Hatsu. I plan to call it the "Strings of Fate" and I got the idea for it after seeing Machi use her strings. Combining basic strings made with conjuration and manipulation I can attach a piece of my strings inside my subordinates and I will know if they die. I will try and make the string of fate in my subordinates like Doflamingo's from one piece where it will make its way up to their brain and if they try to betray me it will instantly kill them. I might also make a compass out of strings that can find every string of fate I place in somebody to act like a vivre card. Honestly, this will be just about the same thing as a Vivre card but with the added benefit that they can't go against me and they can't be manipulated as I would have already taken first pick. The only backside is that for such a useful ability I need to have a very limiting restriction.
Currently, this ability Is but a concept for now. I can test it more while meeting and recruiting people in Meteor City. I still have plenty of money even though Machi took 45 million Jenny for reattaching my arm. From Heaven's Arena, I got over 200 million Jenny and now that Machi took some I'm just under 170 million. 170 million Jenny isn't crazy rich just over 1,000,000 USD. in my past life but it's still enough for a basic hideout with nothing fancy. Besides I can always go into Heaven's Arena's betting underworld circle.
In the Gordeau Desert, there lives a small tribe of "dancing warriors" called the Gyudondond Tribe which I plan to recruit. They have a special tradition of when males of the Gyudondond Tribe reach three years of age. At 3 years old to become the "Dancing warriors" they are circumcised and needles are inserted in various parts of their body. Over time, these needles are replaced with thicker and thicker sticks, and the holes are stabilized with bamboo stalks or stones. Using these holes, Gyudondond males are capable of creating a variety of sounds. These holes can pose as a song during battle and through these holes they can sense incoming attacks.
The meeting went very smoothly. after showing them my strength the tribe agreed to be a part of the underworld family I will create called the Netero family. In fact, they became very happy that the family's name would be the Netero family because Netero means "old song of prayer", which just about describes their tribe as they use their holes to create songs for prayer believing that the more beautiful a song they play the greater the fighting spirit that they can summon is.
I tested my new "string of fate" Hatsu on the tribe and went on my way. I perfected the ability in my months looking for the tribe and becoming friendly with them. The restriction I had to put is that I need to tell them the ability too the upmost detail and then they have to agree for me to be allowed to use it on them.
