Yu Chen did not know if it was morning or evening. The broken hollow was still there replacing the sky. This time, there was no mist.

There was a tiny bit of improvement which is the addition of 200 more points to Death Energy, Miasma, Hp and EXP.
Immediately, a massive wings instantly appeared behind Yu Chen's back and he soared high and entered the hollows.
Yu Chen dismissed the wings and landed on his feet...
The broken hollow swayed slightly but held out strongly... Yu Chen had always wondered why the hollow was dark in color and also, why it seem overbearing...
When he realized the source, his pupils shrank instantly.
"Death energy?"
Yu Chen was shocked. Death energy?? How is the hollows connected to the death energy... was death energy gotten from the hollows or was the hollows created by death energy?
Yu Chen touched the walled hollow and a pool of death energy flooded into his system just like when absorbing the mist of time.
Yu Chen felt the invasion.
His flaw was instantly kindled and raw bloodlust reeked out of him.

When Yu Chen looked at his stats, he saw that from 1200, his death energy had gone to 3000...
Yu Chen backed away, feeling that any more absorption and he would kill innocent people to satiate his bloodlust. When his energy capacity isn't more than he could handle, it is possible to retain control, but if he becomes too greedy and absorbs everything, he'd simply become a villain in this cruel world and people would give reasons why he should die.
Yu Chen still backed away...
The death energy was very tempting. The urge to absorb kept resonating deep within his soul...just a sip, just a little drag. Like a stubborn brat trying to quieten his addiction to drugs.
Death energy is more like an addictive drug to Yu Chen at this moment, it all depends on his level of composure.
Yu Chen shook his and turned to leave, but immediately he felt a terrifying sense of crisis and he dodged...
Yu Chen saw a blade of Death Energy slash the void close to his head...
[Alert! You've come in contact with the God of Death's dark fighter.]
Yu Chen was mortified.
"Who the hell is dark fighter?"
[Dark fighter is a created soul. However it rebelled against the God of death and threatened to harm his descendants.]
"So, it is haunting for me?"
[It must have sensed someone using the power of the Death God from miles away.]
Yu Chen was stunned.
'troublesome...'
The Death's Spear materialized in his hand and Yu Chen's body moved in a blur of motion...
The dark fighter vanished and appeared before Yu Chen in an instant.
The blade of death energy slashed horizontally while Yu Chen's spear struck at an angle. Both forces collided.
Boom.
There was a cloud of dust rising in the air.
Yu Chen and the dark fighter met in the air and they both clashed countlessly causing ripples that appeared through the void...
It even shook the world.
The Void Staff appeared and pierced at the dark fighter. It dodged only to be cornered by the Death's Spear and pierced on the shoulder.
Death energy spilled out like blood.
Yu Chen was dazed for a while only to get a blow that sent his entire person flying... but he regained his footings on the air, massive wings appearing out of nowhere and vanishing.
Earth suddenly formed under Yu Chen's feet in the air and he landed on he solid ground...
His hands raised and he released a palm strike but the dark fighter vanished.
Just as Yu Chen was wondering where he had vanished to, the dark fighter reappeared very dangerously close and pierced a finger...
Before the finger could strike Yu Chen's heart, a streak of light appeared. It shuttled back and forth around Yu Chen, hiding him in the past and the future for a brief moment, enough to let the dark fighter's finger to simply phase through Yu Chen's body.
This was Yu Chen using Timeloop to hide his existence.
The Dark fighter was surprised and was left in a daze...
And that was enough for Yu Chen to finish the battle...
The dark fighter saw it's head flew out of it's body and death energy spread all over the place within the broken hollow.
Yu Chen himself was shocked..
The dark fighter was actually formidable, it should not have allowed itself to die just like that...
Or was it the power of time that confused it?
Yu Chen released a sigh and looked at his hands... The death energy from the dark fighter swirled around and entered Yu Chen's body... that the bloodlust simply intensified.
However to his surprise, he received a notification.
[Ding, you have advanced to a new class!]

[You have put an end to the era of evil and doom, leaving behind a powerful Legacy... only death can be your weapon!]
Yu Chen's eyes widened...
He checked his stats again only to see an earth-shattering change.
