"Miss Yu," he began cautiously, "it seems Y.L. Mongolia's connections are… tied to Mo Corporation."
Yu Jia's blood ran cold. "What do you mean, Mo Corporation?"
The assistant hesitated. "There's no direct evidence, but there's speculation that Mo Ran himself might be involved in shielding her. If that's true, any moves against her could—"
"I don't care about Mo Ran," Yu Jia interrupted, though her voice faltered slightly. "What matters is her. Keep digging."
But deep down, her composure cracked.
