I wake up and check the time to see it's like 11 am. "Nice!" I internally grin as waking up at this time is on brand for me. I go check the fridge to see if I have anything left. I spot mackerel, eggs, and rice in the pantry and of course tomatoes.
I have to say the meal I prepared isn't something I would normally eat but it's quite the balanced dish. Steam rice, grilled mackerel, a rolled up omelet, miso soup and tomatoes.
I Take a shower and put on my usual outfit. A navy blue, short-sleeved shirt with a high collar, white shorts, a kunai holster on my right leg white arm warmers and blue leg warmers with leg wraps. You know I always wondered if he styled his hair. Now I know it was naturally in the shape of a duck's ass.
I head out to go explore the rest of the village, really the main departments before heading out to the training grounds to practice chakra. I headed to the giant gate of the village, and I got to say, "it's bigger in person". I figured they'd have a travel guide brochure or something and it turns out they do but they gave me weird looks for it, questioning why I want it. I told them.
I read in some fanfictions the main protagonist would be afraid to stand out or to explore in fear of the third Hokage and the one-eyed fucker named Danzo, but I don't need to worry about them making me spend an afternoon with a Yamanaka. It's quite simple, I have protection. Yes. My oh so great onii-chan, the boogie man of the hidden leaf, Itachi I'll kill your entire clan Uchiha.
*As I head to the spots on the map, I can't help but think. *
As much as I criticize his approach, having his protection in the leaf is quite the luxury the old Sasuke would never understand. Like when they sent him on the mission to kill his clan, they honestly didn't believe he was strong enough to do it. Some fans might wonder why is that. Simple. He'd have to fight Motherfucking Wicked-Eye Fugaku, a man who killed hundreds on the battlefield.

Someone said to be on par with Minato, Orochimaru, and Danzo in power. But couldn't run for Hokage because and I quote, "is an Uchiha." Yup old habits die hard, I bet Madara scared them as children.

Truly Hiruzen Sarutobi is the greatest politician in the history of the Hidden Leaf. He was able to get two mangekyou sharingans to turn against their own clan. Well, Shisui was naive but realized he fucked up. Ultimately killing himself because he didn't have the heart to attack his clan after having his beliefs betrayed by the leaf higher ups. So chose not to attack either side. But left the choice to a 13-year-old Itachi.

Not likely, Konoha had no Minato, no jinchuriki, Tsunade, Jiraiya or Orochimaru and they still didn't attack for years. Then the Uchiha were killed off and still no word from Kumo. If they still didn't attack after the strongest clan with the most Jonin from Konoha went Extinct. Then they were mostly likely in a state of recovery just like Iwa, unable to wage war.

The elders knew kiri has been closed off and won't be engaging in any outside conflicts as their too busy killing their own people. Obito has killed a lot of kids now that I think of it, and Naruto still forgives his sins like a true Ninja Jesus.

Truth is, Hiruzen just wanted to hold onto power for dear life and was deathly afraid of being involved in a fourth great world war in his lifetime. Like he planned on staying in power until he died or could pass it on to Minato number 2, I mean Naruto.
Civil war? Yeah no, none of the clans were touching the Elders vs Uchiha problem with a five-stick pole. Heck, some might join in and take their side, right Hiashi. If he really wanted to solve the Uchiha problem, then just make Fugaku the Fifth Hokage. Aka the worst Uchiha Patriarch of all time. Oh wait, they had a bad reputation with the village?

Use transformation Jutsu to spread rumors about how the Uchiha are doing a good job. You know, just like when Danzo used his root Anbu to spread rumors, vilifying Sakumo Hatake for failing a mission. A mission that's important enough to the village, but no one seems to recall what it was. But was still told to the general public is gossiping like we're teenage girls in high school. Instead of remaining confidential like most high-level missions.
Actually, I'll go check to see if it has to do with assassinating the second Kazekage, always wondered about that.
But out of the entire cast of people in the show who should have gone evil. Sasuke is at the top with only Naruto being a place higher than him.
*Third Training Ground*
As much as I criticize Konoha, the villagers are nice, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Almost makes me not want to turn traitor in a couple of months. Almost. It's just that Orochimaru's offer is better.
Why?
Simple there's not much to do here, I visited most of the shops in Konoha and I can honestly say there's not much to do besides take on missions, eat, buy clothes and lounge around. I wonder if it's by design to make ninjas take on more missions.
Still for me Orochimaru's offer, all though coming with its own risk, is much better than staying here. For one I can get in contact with the rice daimyo, and after I kill off the biggest pedo in the Naruto world I can rebuild Otogakure into something worth protecting.
"Sigh, I really hope he's not into little boys then I might have to reconsider his offer. I want to preserve this virgin hole of mine for a long time."
If I stayed here it'd take so long to get a high enough rank, then I'd have to hope the older geezers are dead to have a fair shot at political power, then beat out the prodigal son Naruto who's going to have the backing of two Sanin, Hyūga clan, Nara clan and anyone else he seduces with that dirty mouth of his.
I wouldn't be able to implement all the radical ideas I have till Sarada is born. All the inventions I can integrate from the 21st century.
I like how the Sasuke was like given a free country and he's like yeah, no all I care about is killing my brother, then my best friends, girls who obsessively love me, and then start a war against all the other nations. Yeah, I'm sure I'm making my ancestors proud with this one.
Heck I'm sure if he told Karin to get on all fours a skulk over like a slutty cat girl at a Halloween party then suck him till completion, she'd do it without a second thought and a smile on her face.
Notice how I left out the time when he wanted to destroy the hidden leaf village. Personally, he has every right for wanting to go down that path. I remember watching the show as a kid and being like why is Sasuke so edgy. Labeling everything he did as wrong, Naruto's way is right, Sasuke's committed to many sins' mentality.
But after I became an adult and watched it again, I can't help but think Sasuke was right to leave Konoha. You know the place that massacred his entire family and called it an "extermination"

The people that allowed your family's to join the village, referring to them 50 years later as if they were bugs. Called them traitors, you know the clan that founded the village. And the clan that gave the village its name, the village hidden in the leaf, Konoha. Them old fuckers really brainwashed the people into thinking the Senju came up with every idea and the Uchiha were just there.
