Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: The Beginning of Separation

A quiet morning in Ayurea witnessed Raka and Ayra stepping into the palace room surrounded by sparkling glass, watching the beautiful view of the city below. They knew that behind all this peace, there were unanswered questions and shadows of the future hanging between them. Raka tried to enjoy the time with Ayra, while Ayra kept her gaze forward, as if reading something unseen in the distance.

While they were talking, suddenly there was a knock on the door. A royal guard entered and saluted. "Lord Raka, Lady Ayra, there is a guest who wants to meet you. He claims to come from another dimension."

Raka and Ayra exchanged glances in surprise. Who could come from another dimension, let alone meet them in the kingdom of Ayurea?

They followed the guard into the main room of the palace, where a man in a gray robe with deep eyes and a mysterious aura waited. The man looked at them with a calm smile, as if he knew them even though they had never met before.

"I am a traveler from between dimensions," the man began. "I came here with an important message, especially for you, Raka."

Raka nodded slowly, feeling a little nervous. "What do you want to say?"

The man sighed, took out an old scroll from inside his robe and handed it to Raka. "This is a manuscript from your original world, and it contains clues about your relationship with this dimension. However, there is one condition that you need to know."

Raka stared at the scroll with curiosity and confusion. "What is the condition?"

The man looked at Raka seriously. "After reading this, you will know that your bond with Ayra will not last if you choose to return to your original world. This is the sacrifice you must accept if you want to go home."

Raka's heart felt heavy hearing those words. He glanced at Ayra, whose face had turned pale. They both realized that the choice that awaited them was not only about their love, but also about determining the direction of their future.

That night, Raka and Ayra sat on the balcony, the old scroll lying on the table between them. Raka had not yet opened the scroll, afraid of what he might find inside.

"Raka, I want you to know that whatever you find there, I will support your choice," Ayra said, though her eyes showed how difficult those words were for him.

Raka held Ayra's hand tightly, trying to find strength in that grip. "Ayra, I never wanted this. I want to stay here, with you. But if fate demands sacrifice…"

Ayra smiled softly, though her smile was filled with sadness. "I know. And I want you to choose with the most honest heart, Raka."

With a heavy heart, Raka opened the scroll and read its contents. Inside, was written an ancient prophecy about a dimension traveler trapped between two worlds. The prophecy stated that if he chose to stay in Ayurea, he would lose his memories of his home world, but if he chose to return, all memories of Ayra and their life together would be lost.

Raka fell silent, feeling his heart torn apart by such a painful choice. If she chooses to stay, she will lose a part of herself. If she chooses to return, she will forget the love that changed her life.

The next day, Raka and Ayra returned to the secret room where the magic mirror was. They stood in front of the mirror, staring at their reflections on its surface.

"Raka," Ayra whispered, looking at Raka with tears beginning to well up in her eyes. "If this is your destiny, I will let you go. I know that true love does not always mean possessing."

Raka felt deep sadness, but also a sense of awe for Ayra's strength. With a trembling voice, he answered, "Ayra, you have become everything to me. But I cannot force you to wait for this uncertain destiny."

Ayra smiled, then stepped closer and hugged him. The hug was full of warmth, as if she was trying to absorb all the memories with Raka forever.

"I will always remember you, Raka. Wherever you are, our love will live in our hearts," she whispered softly.

That night was their last night together as a couple. They chose to live the night with love, remembering every beautiful moment they had together. They knew that maybe this would be an inevitable separation, but their love would remain, even though they had to walk different paths.

When dawn broke, Raka stood at the edge of the dimensional gate that had been prepared by the traveler. Ayra stood beside him, looking at him with emotion.

"I will miss you, Raka," Ayra said, trying to smile even though her tears were falling non-stop.

Raka looked at Ayra for the last time, feeling all her love in that one look. "I will miss you too, Ayra. Forever."

With heavy steps, Raka stepped into the dimensional gate, leaving Ayra behind. As the gate closed, they knew that even though they were no longer together, their love would always live in each other's hearts.
